Used for months and got only 100 points away from redemption (only like one survey away). Suddenly tried to log back in because I noticed I hadn’t been getting any emails from them. I can’t log into my account with my login details I set and the reset password email isn’t being sent to me so I’ve had to email them in the hopes i get my account back so i can cash out
Edit- I emailed them and they told me my account never existed when I sent them an email through the email i made my account t with. Might be a coincidence but seems suspicious when my account disappears right before i can cash out the £25

The questions asked are relevant and they make it worthwhile to give my opinions

This "rewards program" is a complete sham!
I wasted my time taking surveys through their emails, only to discover they don't even credit my account. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to question my account activity when I've been jumping through hoops to earn those measly points. After all this effort, I'm nowhere near cashing out a single pound. It's clear they make it nearly impossible to actually redeem anything. Avoid this program at all costs! It's a colossal waste of time!

Decidedly average survey site. Lack of surveys or earning opportunities.
Quick payout once £25 threshold & free "starter"/loyalty credit are the main plus points.

I found them through UCAS, half a year ago and have had no problems.The OpnionPanel Community has been great. Great Service as well. I would definitely recommend to other people.

It is a legit platform to earn from taking surveys that are relevant to student life, products and experiences.

Despite a v rocky experience initially, one of their managers did resolve to a good standard, so I did amend my review. However my experiences post have been exactly the same as before. So my review has reverted to original. Don’t waste your time is my advice.

It started off well because I received a lot of surveys and gained a lot of points, but over time the site started to crash and I started to get surveys and points less and less. I've been on the site since last year and I haven't even been able to get at least 1 gift card because 80% of the time the links of the surveys they send me don't work and 20% of the time the reward is tiny.

Easy surveys to do within 2-15 minutes, would be 5 stars if non-students could complete more surveys.

They closed my account after 2 months of inactivity, I was very close to the cash out amount. I think its pretty obvious what happened here...

It is true that these people are trustworthy but some of the survey opportunities I have received have not been well, I have done at least half surveys where I get screened out after nearly completing them and now have been on a survey drought of like 3 weeks and for some reason getting emails saying I’m inactive even though I just don’t get surveys. I have out a request in so hopefully I get straight answer

Easy to do surveys but often I get kicked out of surveys. I've gotten 3 giftcards since starting but each does take about a year to get.

Let down a lot. Recieved £175 of vouchers in 3 years
Most the surveys allow you to complete and then say ‘sorry this wasn’t for you’ at the end and get no reward (regardless to how long it takes you)
Other surveys screen out and show errors half way through.
Need patience though

Used to be good but full of scam surveys that screen out after completion. Reported the issue to them in the past only to be told that that's how the survey works (hint, it isn't, I have done this enough times in the past to know that). The issue has got a lot worse this last 6 months and it is now unusable.

Emailed them again but will probably end up going to NCSC as the site is simply stealing data with no rewards.

I've been doing surveys on this website for probably the past 5 years on and off. I pick and choose which ones I want to do. I've probably earned about £75 in vouchers. Definitely recommend!

Well thought out surveys, lovely support team, prompt deliveries of vouchers earned and fair awarding system. No complaints whatsoever!
