Amazing website but it can take some time to receive rewards : been waiting for 3 days for my voucher code.

Frequent surveys that are a good length, support is easily accessible and helpful

Trustworthy and definitely worthy of your time. No delay in getting paid for your participation and really interesting studies to get involved with. Its never going to be equivalent to a full-time income, but it you have some time to spare occasionally you'll get a decent rate for the time it takes.

I have been a member for the last 8 years, and have had a very good experience with them.
Surveys are somewhat regular and are easy to access. As far as I’m aware, customer data is processed appropriately, so I have no concerns about it.

Formatting of the website and all communication is clear and legible - it feels user friendly. Variety of reward vouchers and easy to redeem. Point targets don’t feel impossible to reach to redeem the vouchers.

great rewards and coupons
should have more of the follow up surveys which give more rewards or chance to use/test products
also should have more surveys in general as sometimes you dont get any in weeks

Easy to use and great way to get cash but the CINT surveys are rubbish! For a 12 minute survey you spend 5-6 minutes doing the screening questions and then you get screened out repeatedly as it keeps redirecting you to another survey. Additionally I’ve completed surveys fully before to the point where I hit the submit button at the end and then opinion panel says that I haven’t qualified for the survey and then screens me out after 10/15 minutes? Is this a cynical way to get free answers or a system bug? It’s happened so many times now that I’ve stopped emailing the support team, please improve! Used to be really good 😌

This survey company is really disgusting sometime no invitation for months thats not fair

It’s a great way of earning a little extra money as a student, which is always helpful, and only takes a few minutes at a time to complete a survey

Able to explore lots of different companies

Most of the surveys by Opinion Panel are very relevant covering current issues and topics. Surveys are generally well designed and quick to complete. I've enjoyed completing these surveys while studying at university and earning a bit from it too! Its a great experience and would thoroughly recommend it to any student.

Easy to use, there's a lot of surveys to do and it's not super difficult to get points towards a voucher. The voucher itself is a good incentive to join up and take part.

Surveys are generally not too long but not enough of them.

I've been using Opinion Panel for over a year and I like the method of earning points and redeeming them for vouchers. However I've had too many occasions where I've been screened out due to my answers then not had a new survey for ages. The bonus 1000 points after you reach the 2500 points for a voucher helps but it does take awhile (at least for me) to get enough points
