I love I pretty products
I love I pretty products. I love having that glow on my skin everyday. The face mask is amazing and I love the spritz and glow, always helps me look healthy and glowing.
Delivery was fast too.

Order Cancelled
Ordered at the beginning of March and never received it. Contacted the company 2 weeks later and was informed this was due to shipping issues. Order was cancelled today by Oh Pretty without offering to send the product out again. Very disappointing customer service.

On tiktok we ship through tiktoks account and we have no control over cancelled orders and we are unabe to resend as tiktok doesnt allow us to see address or create orders on the platfrom. Great company
I ordered the SPF cream and it's lovely. Haven't used the tan yet but already know how good this is from previous ones I have had from OPRETTY. The facecloth is magical so soft to use on my face and a complete game changer for use with cleansing your face, I will be ordering another one so I have too and never without it. Love everything I always get from OPRETTY. Thank you xx
