onto my third pair, 2 reglaze and one with frame. their communications could be a bit better, as could their 'progress' indicator on the website, but all in all, i'll be coming back when i next need lenses or frames.

I have purchased a few pairs now from Optically. They are generally very quick to deliver within 14 days or so for Multifocals with extras like lens tints etc. My last order took longer as they said they were not satisfied with the quality & remade my spectacles again & had to wait for the special lenses. As a thankyou from Optically they offered me a free set of single vision from their 24 hour range to tide me over. Overall I am very satisfied with Optically as I believe they do produce good quality spectacles & do care about their Brand.

Great service, mich cheaper then retail optical

The glasses were cheap yet great quality! They have lasted so well and look great on. Easy to order from and delivery was simple and fast. I will only use you guys to order glasses from now!

I got new lenses in my existing frames but unfortunately they were delayed and ultimately chipped when received. This was disappointing after the extra wait. But as compensation I got discount on some prescription sunglasses. Which went some of the way in making me use Optically again... As I am now looking for a new pair!

Very reasonably priced with high results. Transformed my sunglasses frames into standard frames and they were more than happy to help with a reasonable waiting time. Regularly updated.

Normally it would be difficult for me to afford glasses.

But with Optically I'm able to easily submit my prescription and receive my glasses for under $100, in under 2 weeks.

I love Optically and recommend them to everyone I know!

The glasses I bought are great good quality and have stood up to the abuse I have given them. I will definitely reorder from here when I need a new pair

I have tried a few different online glasses businesses in the last 18 months or so. One I would not use again is google eyes4u. I rated this retailer good as I find its glasses have more substance not made of flimsy materials. While still not charging a steep price.

Great prices. Great selection of frames. Some better quality than others. Would like vetter range of avaiator sunglasses with stronger arms.

Got all my glasses done by Optically. Very happy with the service and the quality of the product. I will recommend others too.

I used their canadian address to order a reglaze. Their site promises a 2 week turnaround. After 3 weeks i called and was told they had to reorder lenses, but would keep me informed. I called at 4 weeks and was told they would check. I then contacted paypal. I received the glasses almost 6 weeks with no explanation. I do not recommend.

I ordered two pairs of glasses after seeing what looked like great prices, but as it got past the 10 business day delivery guarantee, it all started to turn sour.
I had to send multiple emails to get a tracking number out of them, had no reply so then opened a Paypal dispute, and eventually, one single pair of glasses arrived on its own. Being a tiny packaged, I filmed the opening of it while at the post office to cover myself and to show there weren't two pairs.
I've sent multiple emails since asking about the second pair, with no reply. Completely ignored.
I have no choice but to now but to update my paypal dispute to show they only send half the order, and get my money back.
These guys are cheaper for a reason, don't waste your time
Finally they claimed they sent both pairs in the one parcel, which was laughable seeing that I have a video at Australia post from opening the one parcel received.
Don't trust these guys.

It was a mistake for me to have ordered spectacles online.I was tempted by the fast delivery dates promised which turned out to be fake.
Firstly I chose designer frames
When it arrived they were ill fitting lopsided on my face.
I chose the best lenses Kodak and the thinness lenses paid alot extra for all that.
One lense was good. The other was blurred.Mind you the same prescription made from my normal optometrist on an existing frame I had came out perfect....
Lastly delivery took 3 weeks altogether.
They were dishonest about the date they sent it giving tracking with Australia post that didn't move for a week because it has not been given to Australia post yet but as soon as Australia post got the package from them They delivered it in 3 days!
So I'm stuck with frames that are ill fitting.
Lenses that are useless
And they don't reply at all to sort it out.Once they get your money you can talk to the wall.
Complete waste of money time and effort but it's my fault for ordering online.
