I've found optimise to be brilliant! After years of struggling, finally at 36 I have now have a diagnosis. Following on from this, I am now having further investigations for something else. Optimise have followed up from initial assessment and routinely keep in touch for medication reviews.

Fantastic company with very helpful understanding and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an ASD assessment. The one day assessment was a very smooth process from start to finish. The report was very comprehensive and the follow up appointment proved to be a good reminder of further help available to us autistic folks.

I had an assessment with Dr Colm Maghee and Vicki Thornburrow (I think their names were). Both of them are amazing people, understanding, none judgemental and patient. I felt as at ease as I could in that situation and my feedback with Colm was so refreshing. For the first time in my life I feel heard and understand and it's actually made me feel extremely emotional. I just want to make they both know how amazing they are

Optimise Healthcare keep asking me to submit a review so here goes. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with autism/ADHD by the local NHS provider who were in special measures and they lost their NHS contract. I was eventually dumped onto Optimise Healthcare without being consulted.
I was prescribed medication for ADHD which I never received as never in stock at pharmacy. Optimise expected me to ring round every pharmacy in the country when I struggle to use the phone.
I get a virtual appoitment every so often which is purely about medication even though I haven't been receiving any. I recently got a prescription and all they cared about was side effects. Which I struggled with becuase I am experiencing severe mental health problems and refused access to mental health services. I am also struggling with a multitude of physical health problems. So how do you separate out which side effect belongs to what when they tell you they are only interested in side effects from the ADHD medication?
They are completely without any compassion or empathy and described me in a letter to Gp (not to me) as being uncooperative and 'fixated" on mental health when I cannot help how bad I feel and dismissing all my problems despite knowing nothing about me or any of my background and dismiss anything I say. When I said I was struggling so badly they admitted they were aware that I was refused mental health help, but told me I should consider paying for private treatment which I cannot afford. They also wrote to GP to say they had spoken to mental health services who had told them I had refused mental health help "multiple times" when I have been constantly refused help for many years. Excluded from healthcare for being autistic.
I dread the calls. They write things about me which are untrue and dismiss what I tell them about how bad I am feeling. They are disinterested, compassionless, cold and devoid of any humanity. I suspect there is a two tier service for private and NHS patients.

Had my 12 week post ASD diagnosis appointment yesterday, and was left disappointed with how it went. My original assessment went well, but it was a different person this time - a male nurse called Hans. I felt that he was quite dismissive, patronising and unsympathetic, and didn't really listen to me. He seemed to be minimising the struggles that being autistic bring, and really didn't seem like he understood autism all that well generally. He also clearly had not read any of my report before the appointment, and deadnamed me for 35 minutes to top things off. He did say he would send some links for therapists, though I am yet to recieve them - but all in all I was left feeling crap and invalidated after the appointment, which is a shame to have ended my diagnosis process with.
