Worst experience ever!
I dealt with them after a google search in which they appeared as being specialist for contractors.
After a first call with them, they asked few documents.
I’ve sent everything over and no one contacted me for about 2 weeks .
I’ve chased them serveral times without any reply!
It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Our belated but profound thanks to Billy and Deryn at Option Finance. They completely turned around our rather stressful mortgage situation and provided us with a positive outcome! They were straightforward, responsive and upbeat, and one month into our new flat we are very grateful for all their help!

This is my second great experience with Tim from Option Finance. Tim helped us find a solution where others couldn't. He was was prompt with communication, friendly and helpful. We'll be using Option Finance again and again!

Tom and Deryn were and absolute dream to deal with.
I cannot thank them enough for their continued patience and help along our journey.
Their response times are phenomenal, they are patient and explain everything along the way. Tom completed several DIPs for us prior to us even finding a suitable property (due to restrictions with certain agents on viewings etc) all without fuss and in quick turn around time frames.
They went above an beyond at every turn and I would urge everyone to use them!
Thank you again guys, it all meant so much to us!

Option Finance have guided me through the process of re-mortgaging with minimum hassle and maximum assistance when I needed it. Well worth using them.

My first time getting a mortgage so I have absolutely no knowledge of the process, I expected it to be quite stressful and time consuming but it was the opposite! Tom was amazing, explained everything and made sure I understood the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and got back to me SO QUICK! Nothing was too much, he even made sure that there would be someone around to update me whilst he was on annual leave, which there was (Eden). Even when there was a slight potential stressor Tom liaised with the estate agent and it was resolved within a day. I couldn’t recommend Tom enough, he’s just great.

This the second time I’ve used option finance and once again the service has been second to none.
Tom Woodall and Eden Peel, you are both ambassadors of the company, friendly, efficient, professional and everything done with a smile (email smile that is) Nothing is to much trouble and I highly recommended your service.

Twice I’ve used options mortgage centre and both occasions have been fantastic. Stress free and quick with what I wanted to achieve. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. Shout out to Chloe who seemed as excited as me when all was approved :)
They do all the hard work for you and make the process of house buying, equity release and the rest so much simpler. I find it can be a complicated area of expertise and I definitely needed guidance on what to do for the best, Options mortgage really went above and beyond for what was right for my circumstances.
A small fee for what they can return and I would definitely recommend Options mortgage and use them again and again in the future. They really do know their stuff. Also to Rick and Yas thank you so much for everything!

We've had a great experience with Option Finance. Alexandru Varzaru has been amazing throughout our mortgage application and has had a very professional and friendly attitude towards us, after we've had a bad experience with a previous mortgage advisor. His experience and reassurance have made us feel respected and gained our trust from the beginning. We cannot thank Alexandru and Eden enough for all their work and support. What a great team and great company. Totally recommend to everyone. Thank you again.

Tom and Megan at Option Finance have been absolutely instrumental in me moving into my first house. After various issues with builders, estate agents and months of delays my mortgage offer had expire. Thankfully Tom and Megan were on the ball and already had some new offers ready for me to choose from. I cannot thank these two enough, outstanding service!

Wow what a service from Tom and his team. Obtaining a tricky mortgage for my dream home due to being a company director and also obtaining a buy to let mortgage for another property. Tom and the team have been amazing through the whole process! It’s been a long process which started in April, a failed house purchase and a tricky case of self employed finance and tom remained professional and helpful throughout it all. I would highly recommend the team and there expertise we finally have our own home which I don’t think we would of been able to achieve without all the help and advice at option finance.

Laura and Megan worked wonders in navigating is through our application. We've no doubt that without their efforts we wouldn't be having our first Christmas in our dream home.

Option finance as a very helpful, absolutely transparent, superb customer service approach. Specially I found my advisor laura a very very trusted advisor. She made my Mortgage process so smooth and absolutely quick. Some additional services (thanks to Eden like regular updates and keeping a track and update on your property buying process brings amazing value to a buyer. Fantastic Mortgage advisors, couldn't recommend this company enough in particular Veronica and Adam. Fast, friendly and a very efficient service, brilliant at keeping in touch and making sure you are always informed.

From start to finish Tom and the girls at option finance were amazing to work with they took all the stress away from us and just dealt with everything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed. Fast and efficient!

We turned to option finance after being refused twice elsewhere and felt we had nowhere else to turn. In hindsight all we wish is we had went to them at the start. Tim coached us on how to fix the problems holding us back and in a matter of weeks we had our first piece of good news in getting out mortgage in principle. Thereafter it only got better as we found our house and the team at option finance guided us through step by step until we had our mortgage offer. We are now home owners in the same year we were refused elsewhere and given absolutely no hope of owning our own home anytime in the near future. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Tim was absolutely amazing from the start. Just when we were about to give up on buying our new home Tim made the process extremely easy and got us a mortgage very quick.
Wish we had gone with this company from the start, wouldn't recommend anyone else!
