We couldn’t be happier with Laura at Option finance. Laura was simply brilliant. We had exhausted all other avenues in order to get a new mortgage. Laura at Option finance was our last shot after being turned down multiple times after failed attempts by our previous mortgage advisor. Laura was very confident of getting us a mortgage offer which she did flawlesly and very professionally. She was very honest and supportive throughout and did everything in her power to get us our mortgage and she DID it. We won’t hesitate to recommend Laura at Option finance to anyone. She was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely cannot fault the amazing service provided by Tom Woodall. Such a pleasant guy, not pushy at all, gives excellent advice and is an expert in his field.
A month before, we were told by a ‘high street mortgage advisor’ not to even bother trying to get a mortgage because our deposit was too small (we had 10%). Within a couple of weeks of speaking to Tom we had a DiP with a High Street lender! Three months on and we have just picked up the keys to our beautiful family home. He was able to give us amazing advice based on our specific circumstances and found the best mortgage for us. We will be going back to him in a couple of years when our fixed rate comes to an end :) He also sorted out our life insurance and was SO helpful - again, gave us really practical advice, wasn’t pushy, and I was unable to find a better deal on the market! He made everything so easy from start to finish - he’s flexible with appointments, keeps you updated all the way along, doesn’t make false promises and is honest about your options. We cannot thank him enough

Having no luck securing a mortgage due to my history I contacted Tom. From the first phone call he was friendly and professional and managed to get me a mortgage with a high street lender within hours. Truly remarkable service. I would highly recommend anyone to give him a call.

Excellent service provided by Tom and Laura at Option Finance. I needed to remortgage my property and my own lender didn't want to help. I contacted Tom and within a couple of hours I had an agreement in principle from Santander. Excellent communication too throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

I contacted Tom ridiculously early one Friday morning having had a rejected mortgage application by Derbyshire Mortgage Services.. Within 6 hours he had an offer from Santander for me!

He was on the ball throughout the entire process, a mortgage wizard - Highly recommended!

I am very grateful and indebted to Lee Tonks and Kirsty. In our journey to secure a mortgage, we were turned down several times by lenders, however, Lee never got tired, he made sure we get a mortgage. He understood quite well what we wanted and whenever we felt dissapointed after rejection, he gave us hope to continue. He was determined that we will get it someday. And thats what happened , we finally secured our house. Together with Kirsty, Adam and Claire , we want to thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Tom Woodall was simply the best! After having problems getting our mortgage sorted with another mortgage advisor company, we contacted Option Finance and Tom was immediately friendly, reassuring, honest and we felt instantly comfortable speaking with him. He never tired of our endless questions and was always patient and incredibly proactive. He secured a mortgage with us with a high street lender at a great interest rate when we never imagined we would manage this due to some adverse credit history. I can’t express enough how fantastic he was every step of the way. A lovely guy who was professional and friendly at the same time and we felt he really cared about us and our circumstances. We completed on our house last Friday and are simply delighted and don’t feel we would ever have got there without Tom guiding us along the way and putting in a huge amount of work for our case. Honestly couldn't be more thankful to these people. Tom was incredible with the service he provided friendly but professional approach. Just excellent!! Turned down by 3 banks due to a large number of late mortgage payments and wasted nearly 6 months of trying on my own...to be honest, I'd pretty much Iost all hope. Came across Option Finance online so contacted these guys as a last resort. At first I was very sceptical, Lee worked hard and didn't give up and not only secured the perfect mortgage for me, found me a great rate too! Couldn't have asked for more! If your worried about your credit history/rating...speak to Lee @ Option Finance before doing anything else, or anything on your own, they specialise in this area, just wish I'd come across them first!!!

We were an incredibly complex case involving bankruptcy, self employment, Gifted deposit and an existing property in the background, but we could not have been happier with the service provided by Tom, with Kirsty in the background.

Even when he was away on his honeymoon he was answering our queries and putting in applications (his poor wife)! Bear in mind this was not a free service, but also we weren't charged a percentage of the house price, unlike some other advisors. We were advised up front how much it would cost and this was exactly how much we paid.

Ultimately we were offered a mortgage by a high street lender at a rate of about 3% LESS than the free brokers who said they could help found, so he was worth his weight in gold!

We will always recommend Option Finance to anyone who doesn't have straightforward needs.

To be honest i didn't think that Lee and the team would be able to help me in the beginning because of my past financial history. But they worked their magic and we were in our house! I managed to secure a mortgage at a decent rate and with a reputable high street lender. Something i don't think would have happened with any other mortgage adviser.
I would definitely recommend him over any other quacks out there. You just need to be honest about where you stand financially and you will get a product that is good for you and your current financial situation.

We went to Options Financial after our own Bank refused our mortgage application, which I must say was a bit of a blessing. As Lee at Options was so helpful . They secured us a mortgage within 7 days, 5 yr fix rate at a very good low rate , lower than our own bank . Options are very professional. Would recommend highly to anyone . Five star
