I recently purchased three units of your recessed under-cabinet LED lighting for a floating shelves project. While the light quality is excellent, I initially had some misunderstandings regarding the necessary light switches and transformers.

I reached out via your online chat and was assisted by Sarah. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, resolving my issues immediately by replacing the order with the correct components free of charge.

I am very pleased with the products that I have received and the customer service! The products are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.. I had a minor issue and they were able to accommodate me without any problems. I cannot recommend them enough.

The product is great and genuine. It is of good quality. It is easy to install. The support team is excellent and very accommodating. One thing i would like the buyers to know is that one LED strip per one long wire. The website image may show 6 LED strips but they are not one order.

The response time from Orbisify has been one of the best experiences with support I've had while shopping online, they reply immediately and are actual people which makes it way easier to get more details on products before purchase. I'd say keep it up!

The product arrived in protective packaging and was accurate to what I ordered. I would recommend cutting the metal extrusion with a metal mitre saw over a hand saw. It will be a cleaner cut that way. Also make sure to get 3m double sided tape for install. Overall the look is fantastic. They turned my wet bar cabinets into a space that looks refined and inviting.

While shipping times were longer than expected. I was experienced great customer service were they refunded most of my order and shipped remaining items free of charge.

Great experiece especially with the tech department. Very helpful in figuring out how to connect everything. Clients and designer very satisfied with results.

They sent the wrong outlet and replaced it to fit american outlets. Very responsive and willing to help! Will buy again from them!

I recommend updating the shopping experience to be able to select how many transformers is requested for each under light. But I understand the intent with the default being 1 supply per 3 lights

My understanding was that each segment of 45 degree under cabinet lighting came with its own power supply. When my shipment arrived, I had one power supply for 3 different sections of cabinet. A quick message to customer support and additional power supplies were shipped at no charge. I am happy with the purchase.

I purchased an under counter LED light from them. Once received I discovered it would not work for my application, so I requested a return for a refund per their refund policy. They gave me an incredible run around, but then assured me the refund would happen. It did not. Incredibly dishonest company. I expect they will respond to this review with some other nonsense, but do not be persuaded. THEY ARE LIARS. Get your LED products elsewhere.

I have found all of the products of be of high quality. The biggest reason for my 5 star review comes from the customer service. I has called multiple times to fix an issue I had with a missing item and every time I call I am attended to within 5 minutes by a real human who speaks perfect English. My issue was resolved within minutes. Incredible customer service.

Website was easy to navigate and they had a great selection of unique under cabinet lighting that was hard to find elsewhere. Order process was smooth and the delivery time was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Orbisify to anyone. My contractor, even said he would order his lighting from them because of the style and easy installation.

The dimmer switch on a group of attractive undercabinet lights stopped working after 4 months. Even though the warranty technically did not cover the parts in question, the company agreed to replace them free of charge. Great job!

Fast shipping with good tracking. Lights work well and customer service was great at taking care of additional items I needed that I thought came with it.
