Gorgeous blinds, excellent customer service. I wanted something for the patio doors which would keep the flies out in summer and allow the digs to come and go as they please. Sheer vertical blinds without chains means the room is still flooded with light and the digs can walk through them whenever they like.

My made to measure blinds are lovely and just what i was looking for. They fit perfectly. Excellent customer service, they respond quickly and answer any questions you may have. Have had a very positive experience with the company and would highly recommend!

Overall a great product. The fitting is relatively simple and once in place it looks fantastic. The cover at the top looks super smart. Took off one star as the blind wasn’t fitted in the right direction but this was easy to fix. There were also a couple of marks on the blind which again we’re easily removed and fabric on the cover at the top wasn’t fully glued down but it just needed flattening and its been perfect ever since. In terms of measuring you get a few millimetres adjustment but you do need to be precise. If anything I’d go one or two millimetres over if I was to order again. Overall very well made, blocks out loads of light, the blind material is heavyweight/ good quality, it was easy to fit and looks super smart once on position. Worth the extra cost in my opinion and would buy again.

I believe the company is genuinely invested in providing a reasonably priced quality product through an online platform. They have adopted a relatively simple explanatory process to convey the relevant requirements of the customers, which works fine for the straightforward project. However, for more complicated scenarios the simple explanation does not work and may put the customer off. In my case, I had one very wide window (blind) and one of a more normal size. Ordering for the simple scenario fell within the scope of the given explanations but for the wider blind, there were a lot of missing bits of information. My window was 287cm but the maximum fabric width (my preferred choice) was 280cm. Reading between the lines, I worked out that it could still work but needed a face-to-face chat; I used both the email and telephone to pose my questions and found the agents helpful but they naturally tended to answer the immediately posed question without exploring associated complexities, for example what sort of brackets would I have? How many brackets might be needed to support a blind of such length. It therefore required me to go back to the website for further exploration and thinking, and to come back with more questions. Ultimately, I worked out what I needed and how to place the order with instructions (not clear at the outset). After all the discussions, when I ordered, the order receiver, initially rejected the order because it did not fit the standard protocol but did give the option of continuing regardless; I chose the latter. The products arrived on time and I chose to get a professional to fit the blinds (wise in retrospect) because I would not have known about the potential need to drill through "lintels" and to ensure extremely precise alignment of the brackets to allow the luxury bracket holder to snap into place.
Although it was an arduous journey, the final products were as I had imagined and the whole project worked very well.
What I would have liked is a clearer road map at the beginning. I can see why the company has chosen a simple explanatory process but I would value a more detailed roadmap at the outset

Ordered 3 matching electric blinds for kitchen window and doors. As they are made to order there is a little wait (couple of weeks) between ordering and receiving the blinds but this is clear when ordering. Blinds arrived well packaged and within the stated timeframe with clear tracking of package/notification of when it would arrive. The blinds themselves are all really good, they match each other, the material looks as we expected, and were easy to install with clear instructions. The only minor improvement would have been having a print out of the installation instructions in with the blinds (you have to go back onto the website to find them). Honestly think they are the fanciest bit of home furnishing we've ever had (the remote control allows all 3 blinds to open/close in sync (or separately) which we really like!). Internal batteries that drive the blinds arrive fully charged and are supposed to last 6-9 months, haven't had it long enough to test that yet, but the instructions for recharging look simple with an easy to access socket to plug the charger in on one end of the blind. We got samples of the material for the blinds before we ordered them, and these took a few weeks to come in due to the company waiting for stock, but glad we waited for this as it did help us decide which pattern to go for to see the fabrics in the flesh. The blinds are good at keeping the heat out on hot sunny days as well as keeping light out at night (we went for the PVC fabric for easy cleaning as they're in the kitchen, but it seems as good as the blackout fabric that we have on blinds elsewhere in the house in terms of keeping light/heat out).

Custom printed blind for a client which looks great. High quality printing on a a quality material. Ordering was quick and easy.

The colour was great and matches the the paint work. It was not the correct measurements I sent in. it was slightly smaller on the width I had to add a 1/4 inch piece of wood to the wall. Apart from that it is fine.

I ordered 5 vertical blinds and 1 roller blind. The blinds are well made and good quality. Initial order was delayed by a week but this was comunicated. I made a mistake when adding the measurements on one blind and it was too short. I had taken insurance and a new blind was made and delivery very quickly.
The customer service has been excellent. Cost was reasonably.
I would recommend this company.

Dealt with a problem that occurred in a professional and fair manner.

Online ordering process was simple and well explained. The price was good and I am happy with the blind now I've installed it. I intend to order again as I've just bought a house and used this as a kind of test to check quality etc.
The next ones I order however I will add 2-3mm extra to the width as this one only just fit in the brackets even after several very careful measurements. I appreciate the need for corrective tolerance being applied (post order) but thought it was a bit over the top. If your confident with your measurements I would advise to add the same extra mm when ordering online. Only reason for losing a star, other than that great!!

I've ordered 3 different sets of blinds ( 2 light filtering and 1 light blocking), and have had an all round good experience. The ordering process was simple enough, the website has all the information needed to take appropriate measurements. The order arrived with all the small parts needed and the fit was as expected, I didn't purchase any measurement insurance, and didn't need to. The parts/materials are of decent quality, and for the longer blind it feels sturdy enough. As the parts are made to order/measure, it was expected to take several days to deliver, not a problem for me. Overall, happy with my purchases.
