Orderplus Reviews

Material schlecht
Schlechte Verarbeitung
Nähte, Druckknopf und Reißverschluss minderwertig
Anders als dargestellt
Lange Lieferzeit
Rücksendung und Erstattung nahezu unmöglich

Avoid this company at all costs and anything advertised as Cotosen They advertise these lovely jackets, and there are nothing like they show on the website. I made a mistake with an order and tried to cancel and get a refund within 30 minutes of placing the order, and was told it's already shipped, and then waited days to get a tracking number. Complete waste of my time, and like the other consumer I lost return postage. Paypal has covered me, and I would recommend that you open a case with them if you run into problems with this company.

Ordered a leather bomber jacket, and what arrived was a thin fabric jacket , the wrong size and nothing like what was advertised. Paypal were wonderful as usual, and I got a full refund, however, when I paid $45 to send the jacket back, it returned this morning as not being accepted into China, so I have to write that off as a loss. But please to all those who deal with paypal, they are really great if you ask them for a refund within the required time. My only loss was the return postage. I now have a jacket that is completely useless. Will have to go to the Op shop.

FINGER WEG!!!

I won and got a full refund from Orderplus via PayPal
after i smelt a rat after paying for their goods from manlyhost.com
the payment went to: holapicklovexxxxxxx.xxx
the payment shouldn't have gone to a private email address ,
the payment should have went to a company business email address,
the payment finally then went to a company called ORDERX4UN, i contacted PayPal straight away i then sent over copies of Trustpilots reviews to this bogus company, Ordeplus replied through PayPal saying their were two sides to every story, is their i thought so
over 2000 plus people on Trustpilot can't be wrong i replied
they never replied to my last comment,
i just told them within six hours to cancel the order and refund me in full
that was on the 24/09/23 i got a full refund on the 27/09/23,
PayPal stopped all payments to Orderplus and they were holding their funds until they released mine
i have since found out they are running several other bogus companies,
the thing is they are so convincing with what appears as bonafide websites,
you have to be very careful
especially when and where these thieves are able to operate,
but i blame PayPal as well for not doing any back ground checks and allowing them to operate on their platform.

DO NOT SHOP THERE!

They advertise attractive prices and brands. After completing the order, you notice the delivery costs, which are far too high. An order confirmation was never sent, only a debit confirmation via Paypal. Cancellation of the order was not possible because the email-addresses given, were no longer active. Money could only be refunded by acting quickly and by opening a conflict on Paypal.

The order was placed via the site "Trisunshine", debited via "Orderplus International Limited“.

Do not purchase from here! The clothes that arrived are complete knock offs and do not look like they do on the website. Complete scam!

Scam site, product look good on picture, price is on the low side but not realy cheap. but when ordering and paying, you are lucky to get a delivery in a month or so. and the products are really bad, not like on the pictures. getting a refund via paypal is almost impossible, as you need to send the products bac to china, that does not allow entry of you package. so your money is gone...

I attempted to order from a company called Chrisitina. There was a problem as I placed my order as they had applied shipping which doubled the cost of the item. On attempting to go back to check the order and most probably cancel, I was greeted by a "successful payment" notification from Paypal.
I have attempted to cancel the order where the seller now identifies as "orderplus international limited" .
Looking at Trust pilot for both Orderplus and Chrisitina it is obvious that this is a total scam.
