BEWARE OF SCAM
First, they overcharged me by $10.67 on a $35.58 order. They refunded the $10.67, but i’m sure they’re making a lot of money from buyers who don’t notice the overcharge.
Then they shipped my item to some random individual in a location 1400 miles away from the address they were given to deliver it to. For the past week I’ve been back-and-forth with them and gotten zero help, just lip service.
I’ve pretty much given up on getting the items that I ordered or a refund that I’ve asked for. Do not order from this company!
Unfortunately, I could not give them 0 stars.

I ordered the squeeze and light up Halloween toys and was sent some cheap 2inch rubber toys a child can choke on. I am so disappointed with this cheap crap I received. I paid 45.00 plus just to get cheap stuff.

I have to laugh at their "Delivery 5-7 days Free". I ordered my Halloween Finger projector lights on Aug 21, 2026. It is Sept. 26, 2026 and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! I should have guessed something was amiss when the company promoted that these were "Made in America" & the Tracking showed Edenderry, IRELAND as where they started from. Supposedly, it reached Atlanta 9-18-2026 and since that spot, there is no further tracking info. via tracking-hub.com

If I could give a zero, I would! Lack of customer service. I placed an order for bracelets for students on July 31st. The tracking last updated in Louisville, KY on August 28th. I have reached out twice with no response or support. I asked for an update. I then I asked for a replacement or refund. Nothing. I am contacting my bank to file a fraud claim. Never received the order and it has…
Never received the order and it has been almost 2 months. The original tracking number shows it in Lawton on 8/26/26. I have emailed multiple times and told it is in transit. The last time I emailed they sent a new tracking number which shows the item was delivered on 9/2. It was not delivered and why would the tracking number change 2 months after ordering? Such a scam. I am disputing the charge with my bank.
I emailed pink galaxy multiple times about this order before I left this review as stated above. They have done nothing to solve the problem. Their response is to make it look like they will do something.I reported this as fraud through my bank and they are issuing the refund. Pink Galaxy is not to be trusted.

Bracelets were right on my third…
Bracelets were tight on my third graders. Two bracelets came in with third not spelled correctly. The colors on the bracelet do not match the card. I also wish I knew prior to ordering that the bracelets were coming from Italy. The kids liked them.
