When I bought the bracelets, the ad said that I would receive delivery within one week. I wanted to give them out to my students at back-to-school night. Instead, I received them almost a month later.... Toon meer

Love the little bags, love the bracelets and little cards to share what each color signifies. Just, the "purple" beads look more like a fuschia, not at all a purple hue so kind of confusing.

I have not received my order. I placed the order and paid by Mastercard. The cost has been billed to me on my last statement. Tracking indicates that the package was sent to my zip code but no address is given.

Shipping takes forever
I will definitely pay closer attention to where items are shipped from. It took nearly a month to arrive which was not what I was hoping for. I’m sure I could find a similar item made and shipped with the USA going forward. Cute bracelets, but not worth the delivery time.

Delivery time was not honest on the ad
When I bought the bracelets, the ad said that I would receive delivery within one week. I wanted to give them out to my students at back-to-school night. Instead, I received them almost a month later. I feel like the advertising was not honest. I do like the bracelets, and I appreciated the frequent updates on their location, but I would not have bought them if I had known they would not arrive in time for me.

Shipping took quite awhile so order ahead. I made a mistake with my order and emailed customer service. They promptly responded and changed my order to reflect what I really wanted. Sooo nice!

Didn’t receive package
I placed an order and never received it. Their tracking number says it was delivered a week ago but USPS. I checked with usps and the tracking number doesn’t exist and I have informed delivery and it doesn’t show that I received any packages all week. Now I’m trying to get my money back .
