Long wait time on delivery and link to track it didn’t work.

First, it's a very pretty piece of Celtic jewelry, but I find the chain looks (and clearly is) substandard, I don't think it's silver or even silver plate. I changed the chain for one I already have. Second, I find it disconcerting that shipping was the same cost as the pendant itself, and it was missing the unit number of my address, which was clearly provided. Canada Post actually called me to get the unit number of my condo or they were going to send it back as 'address incomplete'. In Canadian funds this came to $33.60 which is, I believe a ridiculous amount of money to spend on something that is not silver, or even rhodium coated. I would not recommend buying it to anyone else, I am sure it's available elsewhere for much less money. I respectfully suggest if you want more customers from Canada, offer your 'gemstones' etc. at par - (which means accepting our Canadian Dollar at face value with your American Dollar) - some places do that and have considerable success with it. You also do not provide any information on the history or usefulness of this item and that is something you should do, as you are saying plenty about its' properties in your ad. Thank you.

I received exactly what I expected! Bracelets are cute and the cards are very well made.

I have yet to receive my wallet and I leave for my cruise in a week! I am so angry and disappointed! I ordered this product in enough time for my trip. Never again!!!

Ordered some easter gifts in March, package was lost in transit. I emailed beginning of May and supposedly was sent another package. It is now June 18 and they said it was delivered to my residence on June 9 has not been delivered. I even went to the post office. I have been emailing back-and-forth asking for a refund don’t fall for the Facebook ads. This is where this was from.

Absolutely horrible, it took three angry email, conversations and six months for them to even ship the product that I paid for, I ordered it in January, when I finally did receive it, it was in the worst quality materials, absolutely falling apart before I even took it out of its packaging. I sent photo proof to the company and got a message back stating that they did not care and would not do anything to correct. This company should honestly be embarrassed to have their name associated with such trash but they seem to be proud of it.

Would give negative stars if that were an option. They are scammers. They will steal your money. You will wait months for your items with packages saying they are out for delivery one day and then 4 states over the next day. It will repeat like this until it says "delivered," with nothing actually arriving. They will tell you to contact the local post office. When I did, the post office said that the tracking information was limited and strange and that the weight of the package did not match what should have been in the package. The post office advised me to dispute the charge with my bank and to file a report with the BBB, which I have a recording of. I did what they told me to do and informed them of what the post office had said and they just basically replied with "it was sent. " No resolution. They stole my money and have taken up a ton of my time. They have numerous, numerous, reports of other people having the same or similar issues. It's a scam.

Actually, I just received it today, it looks great, but I have not had a chance to try it!!! My Furbaby absolutely hates getting combed, he hides wherever he thinks I can't/won't try to get him out!!! He'd rather get his nails done than combed!!!

I never received my order and after I contacted the customer service I was told it was delivered and I needed to check with the post office. I explained to them that the package would have to be tracked from the point of origin, they were no help at all.

I placed an order early March 2026 and it has not been delivered. Emails with the company say due to shipping from other countries they cannot provide a delivery date. I have demanded a refund to no avail. They are located at 6547 N Academy Blvd Colorado Springs, CO and registered with the Colorado Secretary of State as Starsum Limited. Next step is filing a police report of theft.

Lousy scammy company to deal with.
Offered me $2 as compensation for a purchase that was a size too big.
No offer of replacement with smaller size.
Refund process very expensive shipping cost. Inferior product as well.
Don't waste your money.

The same has happened to me, ordered months ago got all the same excuses that the people on here say. This company needs to change their name to support@scammer

I ordered my product at the beginning of March 2026. As of May 20th I still haven't received my package. They will not refund me of re-send my pkg. Scammers dont order from them

I paid them 5 months ago and never got my items OR A REFUND! They keep lying telling you it’s on the way. Then after time they don’t respond at all! DO NOT BUY ANUTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered almost 3 months ago i still have not received my items when asking for a refund.I was told no at this point We need a lawyer for a class action lawsuit..

TERRIBLE, LIARS, WON'T REFUND MY MONEY. ORDERED 2 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED. FOLLOWED THEIR "SUPPOSED" TRACKING NUMBER AND WAS STILL OVERSEAS UNTIL I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK THEN ALL OF A SUDDENT THEIR TRACKING SHOWED DELIVERED THAT SAME DAY (WHICH WAS A LIE). THEY ARE TRYING TO BLAME IT ON THE USPS. THE USPS STATED THEY HAVE NO SUCH ITEM. I KEEP DEMANDING A REFUND AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT.

I ordered Easter Bunnies in a tin on March 11, 2026. It's May 15th, according to tracking they've been stuck in Cedar Rapids, Iowa since Apr 9th. They supposedly shipped from Spain. I have gone back and forth with customer service and just keep being told to wait. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S FRAUDULENT!
