Delivery so fast , my 5 yr old granddaughter chose it , she is obsessed with cleaning her teeth , so not a bad thing , my daughter has to tell her no you can’t clean again ha ha
Very happy and a great price

I like the toothbrush; however, the bristles are still a little too hard for my gums. I definitely would like softer bristle heads. Otherwise, nice experience.

Very quick and efficient delivery. Ordered the sonic lite toothbrush for travelling. I already have the ordo sonic + with charging base and toothbrush case.
Very pleased with both products. The lite is a little less powerful but perfectly fine for travelling. Also no need to take the base away with me. The lite does fit into the toothbrush case of the plus, with the head, but not the charging wire. The lite also only has two modes of brushing. As I generally use the clean mode on the plus, the lite has this mode on it. So no problem.
I find Phillips Sonicare toothbrush heads do work very well on the Ordo. However a lot more expensive than the Ordo brushes. I do find the Ordo brush heads a little light weight.

I've had the ordo sonic toothbrush for a couple of years now and it is still going strong. Ordered replacement heads to get me through another year. Grandchildren also have the ordo rechargeable children's toothbrushes.

Really happy with my experience with Ordo. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was fast, and the product quality is great. Everything arrived as expected and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Great products at a great price. The Ordo Sonic Edge is a brilliant toothbrush and gets teeth squeaky clean. Really excellent customer service which is very prompt and helpful.

It took a bit longer than i thought for the toothbrush to be delivered, but I'm pleased with its performance. And its easier to hold than my IO one.

I brought two of these Toothbrushes, unfortunately one of them went faulty. This bit is where things can go really wrong, but this company handled this situation perfectly, communicating was good, it was all done by email and it worked very well and my replacement toothbrush turned up brand new. Great product + easy to order, quick to deliver and absolutely fantastic dental floss. I'm so happy to find it (esp as Oral B discontinued their smooth floss and I've been looking for an alternative).

Following a failure of a unit that was a replacement for the one first purchase the response of Ordo's Customer Services was first class! No questions, no unit return just straight forward immediate replacement, even over a weekend. Well done!

I have toothbrush and recently bought waterflosser. Really good products, long battery life. We had a small problem with waterflosser leaking, customer service was excellent and replaced the unit so quickly. Highly recommend.

The one star is for the speedy response. After almost 3 months my refund has not been paid despite many emails assuring me it was forthcoming. I'm sorry to say the 60 day refund guarantee didn't work for me. To add insult to injury I paid over £4 to return it.
