I would rate this company less than 1 if I could, I have deposited £110 and won £340. I could not attach my bank to the withdrawal. I spoke to someone on live chat who advised me that my money would go back into my casino pot within 30 minutes it did not so I deposited £10 using my debit card made a small profit my bank would still not attach so I attached my partners who I’m also named on. Then the withdrawal did not go through and I had an email saying that they have suspended my account and asked me for xyz documents which I have supplied and they have not unblocked my account and I have not received any of my winnings

Withdrawals not good! I’m a bit hesitant in giving this review as made lots of deposits and made my first withdrawal today, I must be honest was very impressed as it was in my bank instantly, then made a 2nd withdrawal which said it had to be done manually?! Not impressed with this and spoke to live chat who said it would be done within 25hrs? I don’t understand why the first one was instant and then the 2nd is pending?? I hope this isn’t a stalling tactic and will be keeping a close eye on it as you shouldn’t have to wait that long! I will change my review stars when there is an update.

Honestly I don’t know where to start. This company is so contradictory. Deposited over £200. Won £220, withdrew and was paid within a hour, no issues what so ever. Until I further deposited and the website closed down half way through play, I was told my account was suspend. 5 days of communication with the customer services and still no acknowledgment of why or how the verification process is taking so long. Documents were sent in on Friday morning, it is now Tuesday afternoon. Every email I have received does not contain any sort of useful information and I’m constantly asked to “kindly wait” kindly wait 5 more days? If you’re thinking about making an account, please verify your account first or you’ll be waiting for days for a response. The customer services cannot help with anything other than basic information, anything else is dealt with by a team that is not contactable.
