Have used Organica wines on several occasions now with no problems. The goods are competitively priced , quick delivery by a quality courier, and the goods are well packaged on arrival. Will definitely be using them again.

Love this company
Love this company - I have just placed my third order. The wine is great and competitively priced. The range is also very good. Out of stock items are a bit of a pain, although they do mark it, I'd rather they didn't show up at all. Free delivery over £120 is reasonable, but they could lower it a bit. On my second order I was able to get a "create your own mixed case" with 10% off... I could not find that this time. On the first order one item had gone out of stock whilst being processed but there was a great email with some suggestions. I chose my own replacement and they replaced for the same/original order price (my choice was £1 dearer). All-in-all the wines have arrived when they said they would, been securely packed and I have been able to reuse packaging and the company have been lovely to deal with- can't fault it.

Really impressed with Organicawines
Really impressed with Organicawines. I've ordered twice through them and every time they've had the best available price, the beers have arrived very securely packaged, are the correct, genuine drinks I've ordered and have been delivered pretty speedily (usually approx 4 days, give or take, which I think is pretty good for a large, heavy, fragile item).
Great company with my recommendation. Thanks Organicawines!

I have never receive my delivery. I have contacted customer support and despite them replying initially and asking for more information, they never got back to me.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the concern regarding your delivery.
According to the DHL tracking information, your order was collected on 24 February and marked as delivered on 25 February. The order also included a delivery instruction requesting the parcel to be left with the neighbour at number 66, which formed part of the delivery details provided with the shipment.
You contacted our customer service team on 3 March (approximately one week after the recorded delivery date) advising that the parcel had not been received and mentioning a possible redirection to a parcel shop. As this did not match the delivery information recorded with the shipment, we replied the following morning requesting clarification.
In your follow-up message, you then referenced your home address as the delivery address. As the original delivery instruction included leaving the parcel with the neighbour at number 66, we needed to clarify the delivery details before proceeding further.
We have since opened a trace request with DHL to obtain the driver’s delivery confirmation, GPS delivery location and proof of delivery. This is the standard process required when a parcel marked as delivered is later reported as missing.
At the time this review was posted, the courier investigation was still ongoing and we were awaiting confirmation from DHL.
