Love the products but the customer…
Love the products but the customer service lacks. Transferred money to their account to buy coffee and they couldn’t match the transaction with the invoice so I lost £123.64 and didn’t get my coffee. Very disappointed as the website made it sound like an easy option to pay for the products.

Sono d'accordo che i prodotti arrivano,ma non possono arrivare dopo un mese o più mesi i prodotti devono essere sempre disponibili,perché se si fa provare un prodotto ad un cliente che hai appena conosciuto e in quel momento il prodotto manca si rischia di perdere il cliente,dunque dovete trovare un sistema che i prodotti sono sempre disponibili,no che mancano mesi interi.

Io ho una domanda da fare a tutte le persone che consumano capsule di Ganoderma Lucidum, avete visto che negli ultimi anni le capsule di Ganoderma Lucidum, aprendole, perché io le consume aprendo il prodotto e mettendolo in acqua calda con miele e limone, non è più polvere ma è secco, nero e il sapore è di liquirizia... capita anche a voi oppure sono solo i lotti che inviano a me?

Ho visto una persona che ha messo una stella . il messaggio e fake , se non fai quello che di viene consigliato e vuoi fare tutto il sapientone allora non buttare fango . In primis in provincia di Monza e della Brianza dove scriva questa persona arriva in 2 giorni la spedizione . Seconda c'è un numero per i clienti di organo dove risolvono tutto e in minor tempo possibile . E tutto fake ciò che scrivono . I prodotti sono i migliori del mercato. il sistema funziona benissimo . La persona che ha messo una stella e da 5 anni che non compra un prodotto.

Sono in questa azienda da quasi tredici anni. Mi sono affezionata da subito alla linea di caffè pur non bevendo caffé.
Ho subito capito che era un ottima azienda con prodotti naturali e leader mondiale dell'integratore che si trova dentro di essi.
Amo tutta la linea di caffetteria, soprattutto il King coffe, il Black coffe, il Royal coffe e il tè rosso, tutti i prodotti per la cura della pelle e igiene personale, le capsule, e il dentifricio ottimo prodotto.
Riguardo all'azienda, se c'è un problema, cercano subito di risolvere quanto prima possibile.
Sono grata di lavorare qui e di farne parte.

The Organo Gold coffee was recommended…
The Organo Gold coffee was recommended to me. After purchasing the Gourmet Black coffee with ganoderma mushroom spores I not sure I would change back to my original coffee brand! The taste is excellent and, for an extra bit of luxury, I bought some King of Coffee which I must say is one of the smoothest coffee I've tasted.
