Coffee itself is decent, smooth enough and the Ganoderma angle is interesting. That said, the price is way higher than what you'd pay at a regular store for similar quality.

Improponibile. Pessimo servizio di consegna e pessima pratiche di rimborso. più di 30 giorni per la consegna che poi, stanco di aspettare, ho chiesto il rimborso. A sorpresa mia devo ancora aspettare minimo 2 settimane per la pratica di rimborso. Pessimi. Davvero pessimi. Il servizio al cliente si scusa allegando che loro non posso fare altro che riferire. Nessun contatto che effettivamente può fare qualcosa, nessun reparto che abbia influenza nel risolvere il loro casino e tenersi i clienti.

Io adoro questo caffè hanno prodotti ottimi, ma purtroppo il sito è veramente inutilizzabile non si riesce ad eliminare un indirizzo di spedizione e ultimamente non si riesce più ad ordinare se non chiamando...non si riesce a creare il token... ho segnalato il problema ma nessuno sa bene come risolvero... anni fa non era così scadente e il suto costava meno... ora hanno alzato il costo del sito e purtroppo abbassato di molto la sua qualità... riesco a consigliare il prodotto ... ma l'attività assolutamente no ... finché torneranno ad essere più seri...

Totally useless and unprofessional customer service.
Ordered 3 x collagen bottles on April and was told delivery 3-5 days, but took 3 weeks. Had to chase - no apology or recompense.
After finishing 1 bottle, went to get another bottle from the box, only to find it damaged and leaking. Customer Service were contacted by email, they were very slow to respond, then confirmed could not refund or replace bottle as not reported within 48 hours of delivery. Asked for another review of the decision but awaiting a response - chased a number of times and has been weeks.
They just want your money.

Today I got a corporate wishy washy reply to the review - it's 19 February 2025!!! I posted review in June 2023!! What more is there to say?

Regarding your claim, our records show that damaged product concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as clearly stated in our policy. Unfortunately, failure to comply with this timeframe limits our ability to process replacements or refunds.
Additionally, we acknowledge your concern about response times, and while we strive to resolve all issues efficiently, delays can occur in peak periods.

Perfect lie! It is about 10 maybe 15 years ago. It seemed like a perfect business because everyone drinks coffee. And everyone really wants coffee that is healthy. But no, nobody wants it, it's just a pyramid ponzi scheme. No one has ever been able to make money from this and the promised rewards suddenly went away.
