The quality of the clothing is very good, no doubt, but I had to return two out of three items as the sizing on their shirts runs large despite the size chart. This is fine, it is a risk with online shopping.

The customer service team were initially super responsive, answering a couple of different emails in a matter of hours even on the weekend. The return was also straightforward (I am in Australia, so I acknowledge it is cheaper for me than those overseas).

However, I was credited for the one item I kept rather than the two I returned, leaving me out of pocket. Since updating them about this twice, I have heard nothing after 5 days despite lightning quick previous responses.

Holding on to my cash is tantamount to theft, and especially insulting when you keep bombarding me with discounts on the items still sitting in my cart that I will not purchase until my money is returned.

Brand trust is based on how you handle your mistakes—previous responses were very quick, but now that I actually need a response to get back funds I am owed, silence.

I would be grateful if Original Fit would do the right thing and credit me correctly.

After receiving my shorts I can honestly say they are the best fitting shorts I’ve ever worn the fit are extremely comfortable and the material used are nice and soft

Customer care has also been fantastic there was a small error iin me putting my address details in, so after speaking with (cris) to sort this out they arrived in great time

Be careful when ordering – returns can be quite complicated.
I ordered shorts from “Original Fit Wear”. The fabric is relatively heavy and seems decent at first glance, but the sizing runs large.
The main issue, however, is the return process: returns are only possible to Australia. In my case, the shipping cost would have been almost 50% of the item’s value, which makes returning the product hardly worthwhile.
What stands out negatively is the lack of transparency. The German version of the website does not clearly state that returns must be sent overseas. Even the actual return address is not provided upfront – you only receive it after contacting customer support.
In addition, it is not clear during the ordering process where the product is shipped from. Only after delivery did I see on the shipping label that it was sent from Germany (in my case, from Bonn), which naturally suggests that returns within Germany might be possible. However, the package explicitly states that this is not a return address.
Overall, this creates a process that lacks transparency, with important information only becoming clear after the purchase.
Conclusion: The product itself is okay, but the return process is not customer-friendly and should be communicated much more clearly.

I really wanted to like this brand because the products themselves are genuinely good, but the overall experience has been consistently frustrating.

On my first order, I purchased 4 items intending to keep most, but ended up returning 3. Before ordering, I noted their website states:
“If your order is placed after 1:30pm or over a weekend or Public Holiday, it will be shipped the following business day for a fast turnaround.”
That clearly implies orders placed before 1:30pm are shipped the same day.

I placed my order around 11:30am and it was not shipped for 3 days, and only after I followed up. The courier then marked it “out for delivery,” but it still did not arrive until the following day.

Returns were at my own cost, which is fine, but the refund process was also incorrect. I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 returned items and had to chase that up as well.

I provided all of this feedback and decided to give them another chance because I did like the one item I kept.

Unfortunately, the second experience has not been any better. While placing my order, there were conflicting promotions on the website, resulting in an incorrect cart total. Support acknowledged it as an issue but said it would take a few days to fix. I adjusted my order and placed it at 8:15am expecting same day dispatch, and once again, that has not happened.

It is disappointing because the products are strong, but the operations and customer experience do not match the promises being made. Consistently missing your own stated shipping expectations and requiring customers to chase basic things like refunds really undermines trust.

I ordered 4 items in two different sizes, to see which one fitted best. Once this was confirmed, I contacted them to return the wrong size items, the correspondence and help they provided has been fantastic. tee shirts and shorts are such a good fit and the material is way above expectations. I will definitely be ordering quite a few more items going forward and can't recommend the company enough.

Saw on ad about this on facebook, decided to try out their t shirts and shorts and was pretty amazed at their quality and design.

Very heavy quality

Orderd 5 inch base shorts for gym orderd medium I am waist32inches but too small .They said they would swap for large but had to send them back to Australia from england costing the same as shorts .so if you do not live in Australia be careful what size you order .the company could make clearer were they are based just had e mail from original fit wear on 16 4 26 they have sent a credit code for me to order larger size and to gift the medium size to some one who will appreciate them so great comeback customer service thanks to the original team

Great quality ahorts in lots of different colours. Ideal for the gym or even the beach! Exceptional customer service. Will get another pair soon.
