Excellent purchase of limited edition fine art print. First time I have purchased from this company, and would do so again. Website was easy to use, and delivered in a timely manner.

Shipping and Packaging was excellent
Shipping and Packaging was excellent. Product as described. But buyers within the EU should be aware of the horrible import fees they have to pay.

Antwoord van The Signed Fine Art Company
Hello Christian, we are delighted you are happy with your purchase.
For orders delivered outside the UK, UK VAT is not charged, so international customers pay a lower price at checkout. However, depending on the destination country, local import duties and taxes may be payable on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside of our control. I hope that helps, and thank you again for your purchase.
Well packed and impressive presentation.

Very bad comms.
Very bad communication from this company, I’ve sent two messages via their website, over a 6 day period. So far, I have had no replies.

Not 100% please but good enough for a 4 star rating. I was surprised on the quickness of it being mailed. My only concern is the signature looks like the one shown on your site is in a bold black pen not like the one I got which seems to be a fine point. Doesn't really stand out. Bottom line quality as always is top notch. Service impeccable.

A top quality company
A top quality company. I placed an order from the US on a late Sunday night and received the parcel on Tuesday. A John Cleese Fawlty Towers signed limited edition print. Packed in a strong cylinder. This is one of the few companies of which I trust the authenticity of the signing and on museum quality archival paper and inks. Highly recommended.

Awesome...well worth it.
Ordered a fawlty towers print, love it. Takes pride of place in my home. Website was easy to navigate, postage was reasonably priced and very quick. Very happy consumer and major Fawlty Fan (think I have a monty python problem in general) but very happy and would definitely return for another purchase when I've saved up a bit.

Came quickly and was transparent the whole way. Clear communication and quite happy with my purchase. Leaving the frame size recommendations on the unframed print would be more useful though
