I’ve had my rug a few months now and it’s exactly what I expected. It was delivered the next day and I would be happy to shop with Ornatus in the future. Thank you.

So pleased with my rug, came in time frame given and good value. Spoke to Trisha regarding delivery and she was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend to others.

Avoid. Ordered a rug which did not arrive. They were quick to take my money but did not deliver. Can't get hold of customer service.

Rug is lovely but too small
Want to return for larger size but noone is emailing me back to allow me to send it back.
Bad customer service

I was looking for a rug for my living room to make the space pop. I had looked around a number of shops but hadn’t seen anything I wanted. Saw a Katherine Carnaby rug with Ornatus online that was unbeatable on price.

Customer service from Ornatus was second to none, staff went out of their way to make sure I had all the images I needed to ensure that my purchase was right for my living room, and that the rug was the correct colour.

Ordered online with rapid delivery. I couldn’t be happier as the rug is absolutely perfect and makes a stunning addition to my home.

Great delivery time and brilliant quality. I ordered a rug. I had looked at the same rug in several other retailers and it was cheapest with Ornatus but amazing quality. Would highly recommend and will be using Ornatus again.

Beautiful rug. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated

Awful service and long waiting times for delivery. I ordered a rug, which stated 3-4 days delivery time. I had to chase 5 times before it was finally delivered after 10 days. The phone number provided is a mobile number which is never answered and only one of the three emails I sent was responded to. They tried to fob me off with some story about their supplier’s IT having issues so they weren’t able to track the order, however at that point the order hadn’t been shipped and looking at Google reviews, other people report the same thing. I received a voicemail saying the rug had been shipped and would arrive in 2 days at the latest. The rug did not arrive on the day specified and turned up the following day. I doubt I would have received it by that point without chasing.
I received no apologies for lateness or rubbish service and there appears to be a general lack of concern for customer service. I ordered with them as the rug was the best price I found but never again. I’d rather pay a little more at Dunelm and not have the hassle.

Great quality rug purchased. Arrived promptly. Informed of tracking throughout. Very good service.

Very pleased to find our lamp with Ornatvs!
We saw it in Bentalls but they didn’t have any in stock, so very happy to have found it and immediately ordered it with you. It came carefully packaged , being a heavy marble base this was essential. Looks beautiful a, stand out piece!

The rug I ordered was described as cream but it was more white. Such a shame as it was a beautiful rug, just didn't match my decor.
I had to return it and was shocked when I realised the customer pays for the return (my fault as I hadn't read the T&C's).
Obviously cost alot to send a rug by courier so I wouldn't order again for that reason.

Ordering was easy and a good choice of rugs. However customer service was very poor. My rug didn’t arrive for the date specified and when I called I was told it would be looked into. I was sent a message with a tracking number but no apology (there were other rugs I liked more but I chose this one as I needed it for a particular date), when I replied I just got two very weird messages back one of them telling me to
ASK MD!

Love our new rug. Delivery took a couple of days longer than stated on the site & confirmation email but think this was due to the Late May Bank Holiday weekend. Thank you.

The rugs are beautiful but I would advise you contact Ornatus and discuss your rug prior to purchasing or try to view it in a ship first because returning the rug is at your own expense and costs nearly half the price of the rug.
That said, their products are lovely and the customer service is amazing. I would recommend them
