Great rug, quality was much better than I thought it would be. The rug itself is soft and comfortable, great size too. The customer service is also great, very flexible with sorting the delivery and getting fast communication back. Would highly recommend.

Impeccable service
Could not recommend Ornatus Interiors more highly: courteous, efficient and particularly personable service. Tricia in the showroom was incredibly helpful and delivered first class information and excellent service. Her husband in the warehouse followed through by alerting me to early delivery by courier ( ordered on Wednesday: delivered Friday) and was simply lovely. Thrilled with my lamp delivered so quickly: it looks great. Thank you so much.

Very happy with the rug. It was a gift for my mums living room. Made this purchase after seeing it on a social media page. I was looking for a rug on behalf of my mum for a while. Lovely, soft rug. Brightens up the living room as well

My purchase of a rug was easy
My purchase of a rug was easy, the rug itself is a perfect fit in my lounge and excellent quality.
The only issue I had was over delivery, my address was not correct on the label which resulted in my delivery being returned to the depot and delivered the following day.
