Great company, quality items and quick delivery (good customer service too).
I would highly recommend them.

Ordered a lamp for which money was debited from my account straightaway. Was not informed about the order even after a week of placing it. On chasing them found out the lamp I ordered was discontinued. Was so looking forward to receiving the item. Ornatus did not think necessary to inform the customer (me) of the item being discontinued until the time I had to chase them. Very disappointing experience.

Love my nest of side tables. They look exactly like the picture and were delivered on time. Very happy!

Excellent Rug. It was well packed in a cardboard tube. Worth the wait since it came from overseas.

We bought a lovely lamp with parrots on but it did not state which bulb it required as it was an unusual one. We had to ring up Ornatus and a very pleasant salesman called Tommy got back to us with the correct bulb to buy. The lamp arrived with no intructions at at all.

Order hasn’t arrived and zero response to me chasing up when it might arrive- very upset

Super product, arrived on time, well packaged.

After 5 days from order, 3 working days, emailed for update.
Got despatch note dated the day after my enquiry and waited a further 5 days for delivery with a promise of delivery every day. So delivery is out of their control, ok. Emails were polite but they complained about their own courier, use a different one ! They just left the rug on the doorstep, I was at home.
When rug finally arrived, colour was not as pictured, Ochre yellow, but more a dull sand colour. The rug is ok quality but shedding is ridiculous. My wooden floors look like I'm running a barbers shop. I have vacuumed loads to try and cut down on the shedding but hasn't made a difference. So I guess I'm saying I wouldn't order from them again based on this experience.

This set of tables are absolutely gorgeous. Very high quality at an affordable price. Fantastic service and super-quick delivery. Impressive.

Average - delivery was slow (despite website saying 48 hour ) took over 2 weeks. Sent two emails - got a reply on the second stating stock from supplier was an issue and it would be despatched directly from them. Didn’t receive any tracking info or notification of delivery so missed the first attempt!!
Product is good and well priced just need to improve the communications!

Due to COVID the service is a little slower, however they kept me informed and my rug arrived about 3 days later than it would have done before the pandemic.
They were polite and helpful.
My rug is fantastic. Beautifully made and a perfect colours to go with my pale, rose colour scheme.
I will definitely use this company again.

I have not yet taken delivery of my new rug, but that is my decision to delay delivery. Delivery would have been within a few days if I had wanted it.
But the service I have received so far is very good and I have a contact when I am ready to take delivery.
If the rug is as lovely as it looks then I will be happy.

First time customer, and the transaction was as smooth as one could hope for. On price Ornatus were by far the best and kept me well informed during delivery process.
