Great service - I ordered a rug and later changed my mind about the size. Phil was super efficient at assisting me both change size and style. I was really happy with all aspects of the service - I love my new rug as it compliments my new home.

I ordered a rug in December and have not received it yet. The customer service has been appaling and non existing. I was assured they would cancel my order and refund me the money at the end of January and I'm still waiting. I wouldn't recommend them with good conscience.

Order was not processed properly and it took two emails to get an answer as to what wax was going on.

I am so pleased with the rug. The colors are true and the quality is superb. Delivery was as promised. Very good value for money.

Even though we had to wait for our rug to be delivered due to being out of stock and waiting for replenishment, we were kept informed and were offered options but decided to wait until it was back in stock. Absolutely chuffed with the rug and would have no issues with using Ornatus again in the future.

I can’t rate Ornatus highly enough!
I ordered a living room rug a few weeks ago and when it became unlikely that the rug would be delivered as originally anticipated I had my money refunded immediately. Ornatus informed me as soon as the rug was back in stock and even honoured the original price although it had gone up on the website.
The rug was despatched immediately and I received it in two working days despite there being two Bank Holidays.
I was able to maintain regular email contact with Ornatus throughout the process.
I am delighted with my rug: it is an Asiatic design and is superb.

Amazing rug and amazing customer service!

The item was ordered and paid for as advertised and cancelled by the seller due to a mis print in the price, without any offer of the order at the printed price despite it being their error. Not impressed
