A poor experience and still ongoing. I ordered two stools. Order process, notifications and delivery were fine apart from the fact that I received two steps and not two stools. I phoned the help line and some helpful chap said he would investigate and call back. No call back so I posted on their message system. I received a response suggesting that they would investigate and organise a pick up of the two steps and deliver the two stools. I have heard nothing since despite two emails chasing an update. My next step will be to contact my bank and request a refund. Unfortunately like a few online companies they are quick to take you money and then take forever to resolve any problems.

Lovely quality rug at a very reasonable price. Great customer service when I asked about delivery times around Xmas. Would definitely order from Ornatus again

The customer service was really amazing and super kind. Had some problems (which were out of Ornatus Interiors hands) and they were very quick to help and were just so friendly on the phone! Really quick delivery, best value I could find anywhere online and amazing quality

I purchased a rug that was not right for the room I wanted it for. To return the rug it will cost me £50 due to its size. There is no help from Ornatus with returns of larger items instead you are expected to cover the cost of the return yourself in this case almost 15% of the total price of the product that I don’t want. As you will see from their reply, their level of customer service is unprecedented.

A staff member was very helpful and polite, as I was having problems ordering on-line and I was messaged and then telephoned. The rug I wanted was limited in colours due to discontinuation but they had checked availability prior to calling me which pleased me, as I had previously been let down by another supplier. The price was very competitive and delivery was very quick and well informed. The rug looks lovely and feels very cosy on our oak floor. I would have no hesitation in using Ornatus in the future.

Flair infinite teal rug: lovely looking rug, deep luxurious pile. Well packaged. Excellent communication from the company informing me the delivery had changed (to be later) with apologies. In the end it came on time- I was notified throughout the delivery process of progress.
