Great customer service from William
I ordered a beautiful clock from their website which arrived very quickly however it was damaged on arrival. I emailed the Orsina team and William was so helpful. He resolved my issue straight away and sent me a brand new clock without having to send the faulty one back. He was very polite and helpful and I really appreciated how quickly and easily my issue was dealt with! Great company and William is an asset to the team, thanks so much again will be shopping here in the future.

Parcel Force shocking
Zoe in customer service kept us inform at all times and her manner was great but the goods were broken on delivery they insisted on tables and separate trays being return rather than just the trays at no point did we ask for a discount we just wanted new tray tops sent out but this was against there company policy so we package up a table 3ft by 2ft and then Parcel force didn't pick up on four occasions between 0900-1630 each time so we lost two days of holiday and two days unpaid leave just because there courier company are terrible. Then they offer us 15% discount and we send just new trays out we refuse on principle.

We are very sorry that your trays arrived damaged this is never the experience we want for our customers. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
The repeated missed collections by Parcelforce were clearly unacceptable. We can see from our internal records that multiple bookings were made and escalated directly with the courier’s account support team in an effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, despite those escalations, the collections were not carried out as scheduled. We fully acknowledge the inconvenience this caused, particularly where time off work was affected.
We also note your kind comments regarding Zoe’s service. She made repeated attempts to push the courier for resolution and keep you informed throughout, and we appreciate you recognising her efforts even during a very frustrating situation.
Your feedback regarding courier performance has been taken seriously and has been shared internally. While we cannot undo the inconvenience caused, we do genuinely regret the experience you had.

Exceptional customer care !
Although I had to return my cabinet due to damage during transit and it was a little bit of a lengthy procedure , mainly due to Christmas delays , Zoe in customer care was outstanding . She kept me informed all the way along and made everything as easy as possible , in a very pleasant manner . Once it eventually arrived back at their depot , my refund was issued promptly . I would have no hesitation to order from this company again.

Great service
The product wasn’t as expected and the cutlery was quite thin. Arranging a refund was straightforward and Zoe was particularly helpful, although let down by the carrier as they failed to collect twice. Third time lucky it was sorted and refund executed. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service department
I ordered a few ornaments and one arrived damaged. I emailed the company and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me. I had provided pictures of the damaged item and they told me to either keep it or donate it to a charity shop. The new one arrived quickly as promised. I’ve been really impressed with their customer service department

Stop using Evri !!
Unfortunately you are working with Evri as your courier service provider........They have proved they are an unprofessional and dishonest organisation ......their reputation is terrible throughout the UK.
They have "lost" two of the chairs you sent to them to deliver to my home in Snape in Suffolk ........and they have lied to us on numerous occasions.
Thankfully.....we have been dealing with Zoe James from Customer Services.......who has been very professional and attentive.
We agreed with Zoe to send a third chair via Parcelforce.....and it arrived safely in three days.
We are delighted with the chair......after waiting 6 weeks with the nonsense with Evri.......You should stop using them......or they will seriously damage the reputation of your Company !!

Great customer service and fair resolution
I ordered a decorative metal wall piece and initially received an item with discoloration on the back of the metal rods. I contacted Orsina and they did arrange a replacement.
The replacement also had a few minor marks, but Orsina handled this well and agreed to a partial refund, which I appreciated.
The design itself is lovely and looks great once mounted. While the finishing on the back could be more consistent, I’m happy with how the issue was resolved and felt the customer service was fair in the end.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience…
Terrible Terrible Terrible experience with Orsina. My dining table was due to arrive on 20th December. No tracking was available. I was left without a dining table all over Christmas & New Year. After much chasing and still getting nowhere, I cancelled my order & requested a refund. It is now January 13th, 2026 and only after me sending yet another email today did Orsina today say they will investigate BUT they are not issuing a refund! I paid nearly £400 for a table I never received and there is no sign of my money being returned!! Proceed with caution!!

Due to the size and fragile nature of the dining table, it was dispatched via our specialist courier partner to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, the courier was closed over the holiday period, which resulted in delays and limited communication until they resumed operations in early January. We acknowledge that this delay, combined with the lack of timely updates, did not meet the standard of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for this.
Once you requested to cancel the order, we immediately progressed your refund. We can confirm that your full refund has now been processed, and the funds should be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 working days.
We truly regret that this experience led to such understandable frustration and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will help us improve both our communication and delivery processes moving forward.
