Outstanding service today from William and Zoe. I ordered a pair of Stockholm bar stools off the website. All good, arrived safe and sound, however I ordered the wrong colour. The service I had today in resolving the issue was SUPERB. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend Orsina enough. I will certainly be using these guys again. Thank you.

Unfortunately my purchase arrived damaged but the quick email service from Zoe to resolve this was outstanding! She quickly arranged my refund within 24 hours which was absolutely amazing considering it is Christmas Eve. I will definitely use Orsina again and Zoe is fabulous in customer service.

Due to the size, weight, and delicate nature of the Allure Rectangular Coffee Table, it was shipped via a specialist delivery company to ensure it arrived safely and without damage. Unfortunately, during a particularly busy seasonal period, this resulted in delays that were outside our direct control. Throughout this time, our team actively chased the courier for updates, kept you informed, and offered a 15% goodwill discount to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Once a delivery date was confirmed, we were advised that you would not be available to receive the item. At your request, we therefore cancelled the order and processed a full refund in line with your preference.
We fully acknowledge that our response times did not meet the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for how this came across. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be used to improve both our communication and delivery coordination moving forward.

Never received item
I ordered a coat rack at the end of October 2025 and after several weeks with no delivery, I tracked on Evri and they claimed the parcel was too big to deliver-something I’ve never heard from before with a courier.
Orsina tried to send out another replacement, which I requested to be sent with a different courier, but the same thing happened again with Evri. I felt like I constantly had to chase and there was no resolution on their end other than a refund (not received yet as of writing this).
I’d ask them how they’d sold and delivered this coat rack before but there was no clear answer. A combination of a poor communication from the supplier and poor delivery service.Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Item arrived completely broken despite…
Item arrived completely broken despite it being really well packaged the actual cake stand within the box wasn't padded out so could bash around in it's retail box. Customer service apologised and issued a refund straight away as unfortunately a replacement wouldn't have arrived in time. Sometimes these things happen but it's great when customer service instantly sort out the problems in a professional way so you're not left chasing it up all the time. Will be back I'm sure.

Excellant Customer Service
We bought 2 wicker draw units which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, one of the units had some minor damge which we reported immediately. We had a response within 24 hours offering either a replacement item or a substial % refund which we accepted to save the hassle of returning the unit. Their response to our issue was 1st class as was their customer service. A highly recommended company all round.

Damaged item replaced quickly!
Initially ordered and received an item that was damaged. Emailed with photos and asked if it could be replaced free of charge and requested a shipping label to return the item.
Zoe responded saying a replacement had been sent out and there was no need to return the damaged item, just dispose of it responsibly.
Excellent service from Zoe and good response from Orsina.
