Excellent Customer Service
Bought a few items from Orsina in September. Had an issue with one of them (part of it was poor quality / badly manufactured and broke very quickly). Emailed Orsina to complain and sent photos of the broken parts and they immediately issued a refund despite me being outside of the 14 day window following the purchase, with no quibble at all. Very satisfied with the service I received, thank you Orsina.

Great experience with this company
Had a great experience with this company from point of order right through to delivery, which was so fast. Love everything about my Heritage Console table especially the beautifully turned legs and vintage handles, it's lovely quality. Would definitely use them again 5/5!

I’ve had the best experience with…
I’ve had the best experience with Orsina. Their items gave my home an extra value and at such an affordable price. I ordered a coffee table with ornaments and they are indeed details that makes home cozy and elegant with style. The clock arrived broken as wouldn’t work even with battery and they nicely replaced it immediately. Cannot have enough words to recommend this company.

Worst experience. Stay away.
Similar to the review below. We ordered a desk 4 weeks ago.
It’s been in delivery by parcel force for weeks. First going to Stratford depot then being returned, then to Birmingham depot and being returned. And on the third try it’s has been delivered to the wrong address. Highly likely a fraud company. No response from their customer service.

We also offered to send you a replacement, but as you requested a refund, we honoured your preference and issued your refund straightaway. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, delays, and confusion this caused.
Orsina is absolutely not a fraudulent company, and we understand how the courier’s repeated errors could give that impression. We are committed to putting things right and ensuring a smoother experience going forward.

The sideboard I received was excellent apart from handles.
The sideboard I received was excellent quality except for the handles which had obvious specks and signs of rust. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that Orsina have been the most efficient company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Prompt and responsive they offered various solutions. When the handles couldn’t be replaced they offered a compensatory generous discount - no quibbles, no disputes or protracted negotiations! Feel sad I need to repair or find replacement handles but I will carry on with my search. The price of the exact same sideboard in NEXT was significantly more expensive and I’ve saved hundreds of pounds by ordering through Orsina. The table arrived with extreme levels…
The table arrived with extreme levels of damage to every individual element. The ‘person’ that replies to you complaint appears to be a bot. On top of this, they failed to include the base in the package. Rendering the damaged table even more useless - how you manage to not include the second largest element of it, with the other ones so damaged is beyond me.
