Purchased of a CapnoVet Hand Held CO2
I purchased a CapnoVet Hand Held CO2 Monitor for $1,295.00 on 07/30/25. after approximately one month, I received it, with a charger for European wall sockets. I informed James of the problem, for which he stated they would sent the correct charger, which should arrive in two to three days, it did not, arriving much later with an import tax attached.
I final decided to purchase one from another company, since I no longer could wait. I informed James I no longer need their capnometer, for which he offered an exchange, which I never got. I have asked for refund and address to send this back. He continues to claim I would receive an email from the warehouse, which I also have not received. This appears to be a stall in order to pass the 90 day limit on returns. I have also informed them on the actions I plan to take, but no response was given.
If at all possible, I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter.
