My order came within a few days
My order came within a few days. I wasn’t sure if they would fit but was assured I could send them back . Fortunately they fitted with a little trim around the side. Very comfortable.

I really didn't know I needed these…
I really didn't know I needed these insoles until I got them. All this time I was walking about not knowing that life could have been easier. They're soft and comftable and real simple to use. They have helped me in day to day life and im honestly going to need some for all of my shoes. They even fit into slippers. Couldn't ask for anything else. I will be recommending this product to everybody and all.

The souls are super comfortable and have helped in many ways from comfort to helping me with exercise with my broken shoes I can’t feel a difference from their broken state now to when I first got them thanks to these insouls

Very, really, rather, exceptionally, bad.
Having ordered two of what appears to be a promising product for me (recommended to me from actual users)...
... Initially, I was emailed by them to apologise as they didn't dispatch via my selected delivery option, and used the cheaper slower option instead stating they would refund me the difference...
... well that isn't great, but mistakes happen...
... Then an empty bit of cardboard turned up. Folded neatly up, with my tracking number on it. Not sealed. Never sealed (paper intact over the sealing strip). No hint of product included, let alone two..
Just saying, it takes a special kind of company to post an empty folded unsealed square of cardboard and charge you £80 for it

10/10 amazing product
I got these innersoles for my 12yr old son (he was experiencing ankle pain) but within one week they have cleared that up and have helped him return to sport
Great product (especially for the price) that I would recommend to everyone

I have used these insoles for years…
I have used these insoles for years now. They definitely help with my plantar fasciitis. I wouldn’t consider changing to another brand. Why change something that works?? Yes I feel they are a bit pricey but you can’t really put a price on being able to walk about without pain can you? Definitely recommended

Much easier to buy online because I knew exactly what I wanted
I bought my previous pair of Orthosoles in a hiking centre a few years ago and they are in use everyday. Its easier to buy online when I know exactly what I want
