Shipping took so long for a Christmas present I thought it was a fake company. The packaging was just a plastic mailing bag with no box. My husband actually liked the shoes and found them comfortable. I am sorry I gave a bad review earlier.

Scam; ordered first of Dec 2024, expecting them at least by Christmas - shipper hadn't received shoes in over a week, requested cancellation and cancel shipment, request ignored, offered partial refund and they refused to take the shoes back. Turned it over to my CC company, disputing the payment; I always win.UPDATE: I won. CC card tied to my PayPal refused payment after they refused to accept return, ever after I attempted canceling order, BEFORE the shoes ever reached their shipper in Hunan.

I wish I could give them no star. Ridiculous product as well as customer services. I have been sending emails that I want to return it and they have been giving me ridiculous excuses and free nonsense advice that I should keep them or give it to a family member. I simply want to return those. They are misusing Australia name. This is a Chinese company.

I ordered shoes from an ad that appeared to look comfortable and said they were developed by American doctors. They had a deal for two pairs for $75 including shipping. I had a feeling I was in trouble when they indicated they were being shipped from China. I had given my shoe size as 11 american. I recieved both pairs of shoes stuffed in a soft mailer about a month later and tried them on. The were way too small and very uncomfortable. I tried to contact their customer service via email, to which they never responded. I then went on their web site and initiated contact through their internal system. It took several days for them to get back to me and they told me they sent me the correct size and that I could give them to another family member as a gift, but if I wanted to send them back it would be at my expense. I priced out the shipping cost and it is nearly as much to send them back as they cost. Save yourself the headache and just do not order from this company. Poor customer service and poor quality shoes they try to pass off as american.

These are cheaply made . No support. I have to make the slipper. That all there good for.

If you find a review with more then 1 star it was probably written by an employee of the company. Shoes are junk and made in China, if you ever get them. Walk away!

Refund policy for returns—said they would refund 10%. I wonder if I’ll get even that.

Scam do not buy shoes never delivered after 3 weeks. USPS tracking number didn't exist. How are they still allowed to advertise on the Patch. Stay away!

These shoes have absolutely no arch support. I wish I could attach a photo to show you it's not even a foam insole, it's just a piece of fabric. The thin mesh upper gives no support, so you can not exercise in these shoes or even walk for long periods of time. Unfortunately I did not search and read reviews before buying. I will use them just to wear around the house instead of slippers.

Hit my credit card immediately on order for 2 pairs of shoes. Waited 3 weeks to receive shoes. They were shipped from China. I have a wide foot, and the shoes did not fit. When I asked to return them, they asked me to send them pictures of the shoes and packaging, which was a plastic bag. I sent the pictures and their reply to me was "We sent you the shoes your ordered." They offered me $10 and told me to give them to my family. I am asked for a full refund, then they went silent. I am trying to go through PayPal to get my money back. But definitely do not deal with these folks.

I am just glad I ordered on sale and am not out much money. They came in a smallish bag, with the label pasted over a previous label.
Also there was no packing slip. Red flags!! They are not orthopedic by any means. Also too wide and buck ugly. To return them I received an email stating to iniate the return I would have to take a picture of the product and the shipping label. To confirm. Why is there a confirmation number on the order if they need pics??? May try to return, but am not crazy about paying shipping. Pry just donate to Goodwill

Well seemed I took the bait. Shoes weren’t of good quality I was expecting. Went back to my Skechers Relaxfit Memory Foam. Way better than their so called Ortho’s.

Shoes aren't orthopedic by any means. run very small sizewise. Tried contacting the company at there service email. They never responded after four emails. Highly recommend you avoid this company.

Saw ad that they were made in the USA. This is a blatant lie ! Claim to be orthopedic shoes with arch support. Another lie !. These are a horrible, cheaply made in China show. Go to SAS Shoes, spent the money and your feet will be happy !

Worst shoes ever. False advertisement of arch support and sturdiness. Flimsy as.... Working on returning them and refund. No receipt in package for return information, plus they were stuck in plastic bag instead of a shoe box.

After one month waiting and threating them with legal actions they finally mailed me my 2 pairs of shoes that they advertised as orthopedic shoes...the biggest scam, received 2 pairs of canvas shoes that they are disposable, cheaply made, nothing to do with the orthopedic shoes they advertised, STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVES.

These are absolutely the worst shoes I have ever bought. Very poor quality. No support. More like moccasins than shoes. Cheap Chinese junk.

Zero star....Customer service does not reply properly and is trying to convince you to keep your order.... So far they did not refund the money, did not provide authorization number for the return and the return address! SCAM company...

Why do you suppose they have guidlines for reviews? Purchasing your product like shoes should never be packaged in a plastic flemsy envelope. That's right, I did not say shoe box, I said plastic flemsy courier type envelope. Obvious the product got smashed, and one shoe was damaged. I did try to overlook the issue but the one shoe just didn't fit well. Oh yes, I did go through the interpretation fiasco with a few replys that support obviosly had the wrong problem description in which prolonged each email transaction by 24 to 48 hrs. I honestly felt humilated and disrespected. My last response justified my understanding after I was told to give the shoes away and they would refund me 10%. WOW! I will give them away to someone who needs a pair as suggested by the so called customer support group.
Also I thought by writing this review I hope I can help give you at least 10% of what my transaction with you company did for me. Good luck!!!!
