I was so happy to see this particular gashapon series being offered, as I have been super excited to get some!! The package arrived surprisingly quickly, maybe within a week? While it got here on Thursday, I wanted to wait until my birthday today to open them! I got my favorite figurine in the series that I wanted most, so I am very happy!! As an avid gashapon collector, I'll definitely order from here again!

I have had multiple experiences with this store with a fantastic and streamlined process every time! Prices are extremely competitive, especially for a small business, and the team goes out of their way to help you with whatever you’re looking for. There’s nowhere I’d rather get my kawaii goodies from than here! Even living across the planet, I was able to get my items in a great timeframe consistently.

I have used oshoppu a few times as they have some pretty hard to find anime merchandise that you can only get in japan at very reasonable prices. I’ve pre ordered in the past and been giving perfect eta dates and shipped immediately to when they received it on there side. The company is family run and I love that. they are very easy to get hold of to talk about orders and they always have a good variety in stock! I will continue to use this company!

I absolutely love this small business! First of all the owner is super lovely and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do. The prices are super reasonable in my opinion (I think most people don’t realise how expensive it is to import from Japan!) and you can always trust that everything is authentic. My go to for all things kawaii🥰

Customer service is awesome and super easy to contact the owner, prices are competitive, and it being a UK shop means you don't have to worry about addition costs for importing :D they have a really good range of products, and the best gacha selection! Shipping is within time estimates and everything is packed well. Can't ask for more! :D

I've been a customer of OShoppu since 2022 and have made many orders with them. Every single order comes beautifully packaged and wrapped, and the postage is always really fast. They are able to source great (and rare) items directly from Japan and stock better things than a lot of the other import sites! I've also chatted with the owner more than a few times, and the customer service has been fantastic. I've never had any issues with my orders but they've always been happy to answer questions, help out with finding specific items, and holding packages when I want to add something!

The main owner is also very active on Instagram, regularly giving updates and funny behind-the-scenes looks at how the store is run on her IG stories. She is very open about being a disabled person running a business, which is honestly so impressive as I know how hard that must be (as a disabled person myself.) She regularly hosts giveaways, is always chatting with people and is just all-round a lovely person. She is very fast to respond to messages and always aims for the highest level of customer service possible.

Absolutely love Oshoppu! As an avid moomin fan I check their store often for Japanese moomin collectibles. The shipping is incredibly fast and well packaged.

Great range of products, figures, washi, collectables, plushies, gachapon, all sorts of things! Mainly imported from Japan, loads of things that are hard to find anywhere else too! They're super friendly, everything always arrives in perfect condition and super cute. Definite recommend :)

Great variety selection of kawaii, video game and anime goods straight from Japan at good prices. I ordered two of the Pokemon quick models and couldn't be happier, quick service and everything in perfect condition. The website is also well-designed and easy to use/access. I'd recommend:)

One of my all time favourite shops!!! I have done so many orders from here, for stationary, gachapon, presents, and more. The seller is lovely and there’s always something new to look forward to on their website. My parcels have always arrived quickly and are wrapped up so nice.
