Limited stock and deposit
Booked online with a $25 deposit, once there found that they were low on stock and only had a limited number of chains and charms to choose from, most of them I disliked.

Permant jewellery issues…
Got a permanent ankle done back in October of 2024 and three months later the wire hoop that was holding the weld has completely snapped off. I would have hoped that it was going to last a but longer considering the price of it.

As we mention in our policy, permanent jewelry is crafted to last, but once it’s welded on, it’s in your hands to care for it—everyday wear and tear can sometimes take a toll! If the weld itself was the issue, we’ve got you covered with a free replacement within 14 days of your appointment. For anything else, like the chain itself snapping we can reweld it for just $25, or you can pop by any local permanent jewellery artist for a quick fix for a small fee. We’d love to help you get this sorted—drop us a email, and let’s get your anklet back on!

My experience was exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, and we were assisted by a friendly and helpful lady. The quality of the permanent bracelets is amazing—lightweight and perfect for everyday wear. The owner also made the process smooth and efficient, and it was completed quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately my order has not arrived…
Unfortunately my order has not arrived and I ordered it on the 13th December 2024. After contacting Oscar and Stone numerous times to let them know their response was, “sorry but we cannot help as the courier picked it up on the 16th December” and it is now my problem. They could have offered solutions but chose not too. This company use SENDLE to ship items and if you check there Google reviews they have 1.1 star reviews out of over 200. I have had to launch an investigation into where my items are with SENDLE. My order was for Christmas presents and due to the fact I still have NOT received it I had to purchase other Christmas presents so am grossly out of pocket. I no longer require these items and have let the company know but they do not issue refunds. This is my first and last time purchasing from Oscar and Stone I feel their after sales service has let me down. Very disappointed ☹️

This is reflected in our numerous email exchanges, where we responded within hours to keep you informed about potential shipping delays due to the holiday season.
We also offered the option for in-store pickup when you mentioned you needed the items urgently, but you asked us to proceed with shipping. While we use Sendle for delivery and have had overwhelmingly positive feedback about their service, we understand that delays can occur during the busy Christmas period, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
It’s important to us that we maintain transparency and do our best to resolve any issues. We value and respect your support, but I kindly ask that reviews remain accurate, as false claims can deeply affect small businesses like ours.
