Beautiful people , friendly and fun
Not pushy!

I was assured that the Stirling silver wouldn’t tarnish (I work as a hair dresser and my hands to get wet a lot) I found it’s gone gold after a week and I am pretty disappointed

Was helpful. Was kind and honest.

I had purchased items from the kiosk in TeaTree Plaza before, so I knew the quality was good. I had wanted to purchase some of their body oils, but they were moving to a new store so I decided to order online.
I recieved tracking info the next day. However, after a week I had not recieved my package and the tracking had not updated at all. I emailed them on a Tuesday and explained the situation. They replied very quickly and confirmed that the package was supposed to be sent, but they didn't know where it was, and they would make a new package for me and send it out. The new package arrived that Friday, and they had included a bracelet and a $10 voucher as an apology for having to wait longer to recieve my order.
Overall very good customer service, my issue was resolved very quickly.

i have loved this little shop for years now, all my jewellery is from here and every experience i’ve had has been wonderful. the workers are always so so lovely and sometimes they recognise me which always puts a smile on my face❤️❤️

Lovely customer service that was more like a conversation rather than sales pitch at a pop up shop. Lovely products, mostly bought gifts. But will visit the new premises next time I'm in the city

One of their rings got caught on my jacket pocket and snapped completely in half the day after I bought it. Beautiful products but not all the best quality.

I recently bought some sun catchers and a beautiful opal ring and I could not be happier, amazing quality for the ring and when the sun hits the sun catchers my room is filled with rainbows, lovely people and great quality products 🥰
