Ho acquistato tre barattoli di pasticche di vitamina B 12. Non so se il prodotto sia buono e quindi efficace perché non c'è modo di verificarlo tuttavia il fatto che i barattoli fossero al 95% vuoti non mi fa ben sperare sulla correttezza dell'azienda. Le pasticche sono 120 come dichiarato ma confezionate in barattoli enormi rispetto al volume delle pasticche. Si tratta di un inganno di presentazione che oltre ad essere antiecologico non induce a considerazioni positive sulla correttezza dell'azienda.

Fragten kan være lidt dyr, men det kan betale sig at købe for 500kr+ for gratis fragt. De har utrolig billige produkter som ellers ville koste det dobbelte fra danske webshops. Jeg har bla. købt deres magnesium, creams of rice, theanin og elektrolytter - kan klart anbefales.
Derudover sender de via UPS, som både er lynhurtig og kræver ikke afhentning.

Ho ricevuto un ordine di integratori in polvere con una confezione rotta. Ho chiesto il rimborso del solo prodotto, anche perché ripulire tutto mi ha fatto perdere tempo. La loro risposta è stata che il danno sarebbe stato causato da me. Vi consiglio di rivolgervi a marchi più affidabili, spendendo poco di più. Ultima volta con loro.

Great value for money! The product quality is excellent, and the prices are very competitive. My order arrived quickly, and the packaging was secure. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended!

My packages arrived from them 1 week late, with additional my packaging damage and was told to open on camera. Even after video evidence while opening the package they did not acknowledge and said it was self-inflicted. Long response times and generally not recommended

Creatine Monohydrate, unflavoured - No certification on the packaging or anywhere on the website, unusual, horrible sandy taste of the powder that makes you worry what is that you are consuming. I would never buy again.

J’ai commandé un produit que j’ai ensuite souhaité retourner. Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client pour effectuer le retour, j’ai reçu une première réponse concernant mon numéro de commande, puis plus aucune réponse par la suite.
À ce jour, je ne parviens toujours pas à retourner le produit, car l’étiquette de retour fournie est incompréhensible et ne ressemble en rien à une étiquette de retour classique ni à une étiquette d’expédition standard.
De plus, les frais de retour sont à ma charge. J’ai payé 9,76 € en tout pour ma commande, je serai remboursé que de 4,76 €. Dans ces conditions, je ne recommande pas.

In my experience, this felt very misleading. They sent me a “new subscriber” code that initially showed as valid, but it disappeared during checkout and my card was charged at full price. When I reached out to customer service, they simply told me to use the code on my next purchase—which defeats the purpose entirely. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely not recommended.
At first glance the products seem good and affordable — but there’s a simple reason for that: they are completely underdosed. Every single product is formulated at the absolute minimum or padded with unnecessary fillers. Even the protein powder contains maltodextrin. The Omega-3 is so weak you’d practically need an entire bottle per day.
Quite simply: a scam.

I purchased two OstroVit products and was shocked by how undrinkable the taste was. I’m not sensitive to flavors, but this one was simply impossible to consume. My brother also tasted it and confirmed the same. After checking the company’s own website, I discovered that other customers reported identical issues, calling the taste “hideous” and “undrinkable,” so this is clearly not an isolated case.

Unfortunately, the customer service was equally disappointing. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they repeatedly hid behind “quality specifications” and insisted this cannot be a complaint because taste is “subjective.”
They ignored the fact that I raised a customer satisfaction issue, not a technical defect. Even though one package is unopened and I offered to return it, they refused to take responsibility unless I paid for the courier myself.

Their communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, with no willingness to resolve the situation, escalate the case, or consider the repeated negative feedback about this product’s taste.

Overall, I cannot recommend OstroVit based on my experience. Both the product quality and the customer service fell far below what I expect from a reputable company. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig Vitamine und Mineralstoffe bei Ostrovit.com und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Die Produkte sind von exzellenter Qualität, wirken zuverlässig und fühlen sich hochwertig an.

Die Lieferung geht schnell, die Verpackung ist sicher und übersichtlich, und der Bestellprozess ist unkompliziert. Auch der Kundenservice war freundlich und hilfreich, als ich einmal eine Rückfrage hatte.

Für mich ist Ostrovit.com eine absolut vertrauenswürdige Adresse für hochwertige Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Ich werde definitiv weiterhin hier bestellen und kann den Shop uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

I supplemented with vit d-k2 for almost 3 months, I ve checked my levels via blood test and they were inadequate. That's unexceptable ffs.

Buen servicio y atencion al cliente, productos de calidad y el envio a Madrid en 6 o 7 días, lo peor es SEUR España que tarda mas 1 semana en hacer la entrega, alegando que nunca hay nadie en el domicilio sin siquiera sacar el paquete a reparto.
Para contactar con OstroVit es mejor traducir al polaco lo que se envíe y te responden enseguida.
