Lovely shoes well packaged complete with extras, always useful. Problem with collecting from my post office however as although my name was on the box, they would not release it as the q card was coming up with a different name. I had to phone DPD twice as I didn’t have the PO post code. They released it to me next day with dismay.

Two Flawed Pairs and Slow Support Let Me Down
This was a company I really wanted to like. Having recently decided to up my shoe game, I spent a good amount of time researching affordable but quality leather shoes, and Oswin Hyde consistently came up recommended at an attractive price point.
I ordered the Ethan Brown in size 10. The unboxing experience was genuinely impressive. The packaging felt premium, and the initial fit was great. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended.
On closer inspection, the shoes had a noticeable defect in the stitching, which was a disappointing find for what should be a quality product.
I contacted customer service, who asked me to return the shoes for repair. I did so, but found the experience of dealing with the team frustrating. Responses were slow and I had to repeatedly chase them for updates.
Eventually, I was sent a brand new pair, which should have been a satisfying resolution. Sadly, this replacement pair was even more concerning than the first. The shoe had a visible, obvious bulge, and I was genuinely surprised it had passed any kind of quality check before being dispatched.
It is a real shame, as I genuinely wanted to make Oswin Hyde my go-to for everyday leather shoes. But after two flawed pairs and a slow customer service experience, I think the extra spend for a more reliable brand is worth it. I won't be returning.

Review of recent purchases
Second purchase in recent months. The first purchase arrived and the shoes were damaged, eventually they replaced them after a few exchanges of email, but seemed reticent to accept there was anything wrong with them , despite picture's to the contrary. The most recent purchase arrived as scheduled and shoes are great but one small point is there were no accessories in with them (Shoe horn, cleaning cloth, polish etc) is this due to cost savings ?

Best avoid this company
Put in a search for a silk tie on google and this tie turned up, I purchased it only to find out it wasn’t silk but polyester.
No where on the tie did it give the material and the same for there description on their web site. I phoned customer services who sent me a returns label and said I would have to pay £2.99 return fee! What they didn’t say was that I would also have to pay a further £5.99 postage.
The website was misleading as my search for a silk tie resulted in a polyester tie. Their mistake. Make sure if you buy anything from these sharks that you read everything before they strike. Best avoided in my opinion.

Great products and customer service
Great products, already have an umbrella from here which is incredible quality and now purchased the Wyatt loafers which are top tier for the price - comfort next to none and leather is of a good quality.
There was an issue with delivery due to courier being able to deliver to the selected address but Gie provided excellent customer service and had the issue resolved and only resulting in a day or two delay against original expected arrival!

Ordered size 9 shoes were too big , so returned them and got them to exchange to a size 8 . No hassle and was so easy to return . Shoes are really nice and comfortable . You also get a few extras in the box with the shoes , it’s right you get what you pay for .

I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed, I ordered these shoes for my son's birthday for some reason before I could enter an alternative address Google pay kicked in completing the order. I immediately emailed Oswin Hyde but when I finally got a reply I was told it was too late and by the time they arrived too late to post to my son for his birthday so disappointing all round. There should be a way to alter the address if this happens.
