Im always nervous buying clothes or shoes on line for reasons of fitment.
I ordered Jack Black Chelsea boots. Sadly my anxiety is now heightened . The boots are not at all similar to the pictures on line.
Think im finished with shoe buying on line.
Fairly trouble free and apologetic returns process albeit until reminded postage was also charged( full refund upon " protest "). Regrettably I cannot advocate for Oswin H.

So comfortable
I recently purchased a pair of oswin Hyde shoes and wanted to share my experience with this shoe company and the shoes I ordered.
So I ordered a pair of the double monk strap cognac leather shoes and when they arrived which was so quick and great service by the company.
When I tried them on I found the size which I normally have to be a little too small so called oswin Hydes customer services line and they couldn't have been more helpful and sent the next size up and they fitted perfectly so on this style I would recommend you order a size above what you normally have.
The comments I received when wearing these shoes are incredible and although I've only worn them during the summer months and autumn as I want to keep these as perfect as possible I just love wearing them so very comfortable to wear and I have a few issues with my feet but these shoes are just so comfortable to wear.
Unfortunately I have noticed that the material has started to become a bit separated from the leather which is a real shame but I'm sure I can find a way of repairing this.
But all in all I would definitely recommend these shoes and oswin Hyde.
I'm looking at a couple of pairs of shoes on their site currently and will be ordering very soon once I have spoken with there call centre for some advice prior to ordering.

The item was ordered the next day on Thursday and delivery tracking was sent for Friday. Then, they cancel it and then say they deliver on Saturday. They again cancelled and then delivered on Monday that made me cancel plans I wanted the shoes for an event on the .I, still waiting for a refund from an item 10 days ago that I buy through debenahms not a happy customer really.The shoes were fine the service is not
Terrible service they had the return item and tell me to go to Debenhams to get my refund .No help what soever I will not be buying that again for sure 2 weeks on still no refund

As your order was placed on March 5th at 5:33 pm, it was processed the following working day. Our shipping policy states that "Next-Day" pertains to next working day deliveries; therefore, weekends and public holidays are not included in this window.
In regards to your Debenhams order, we have fully addressed this in our email reply to you from yesterday. Please follow the specific instructions provided in that message to ensure your refund is processed correctly through the Debenhams platform.
