Great shoes at great prices. Quick delivery and in the box was a shoe horn, and a sponge buffer, plus different coloured laces! Will definitely be a repeat customer on behalf of my husband!

These are well made
These are well made, styled high quality shoes. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. It was nice to find them in dust bags, wrapped in tissue paper and with some extra surprises such as a shoe horn, blue laces and shoe polish. Since buying my first pair, I’ve now bought 2 other styles and a fantastic brolly.

BE WARNED doubtful refund on returns!!
I ordered two pairs sizes 9 & 10 in the same shoe to be sure one size would fit. My regular size is 9, however he 10s were a better fit. I returned the unworn 9s at my expense. Nearly 2wks passed no refund, I contacted Oswins. My refund had been declined as the shoes had signs creasing across the top of the shoe. It is impossible to try the shoe on without creasing the shoe. If I had have visited the shop I would have tried a couple of pairs. Would I have had to buy both pair? They very kindly offered me the choice of paying another £4.95 for them to return the new shoes or they could dispose of them for me!! Not my kind of retailer, BE WARNED.

We understand that trying on footwear is necessary to find the perfect fit. However, as outlined in our returns policy, items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new. Our team inspected the pair and, unfortunately, found significant creasing across the leather uppers, which indicates they were worn beyond a simple fitting.
As we stated in our recent email—and as noted in our policy—footwear showing signs of wear on the uppers, soles, or interiors cannot be accepted for a refund. We have provided you with the link to our full policy for your reference.
We aim to be as fair as possible with our assessments, and we have offered an alternative option to arrange for the shipping back of the shoes to you so you can continue to make use of them, or to dispose of them on your behalf if you prefer.

Poor quality boots, very unhappy customer
Bought a nice black pair of boots at a good price. Left a positive review however after my 3rd wear of the boots the top eyelet popped out, I was a bit concerned as I had just ordered another two pairs. Oswin and Hyde offered to repair the boots but I didn’t think a brand new pair should fall apart like that so I arranged a return. The other two pairs arrived and I tried one pair on and as I tied the laces all the laces studs on one side popped out, how disappointed was I. The three pairs I had bought were sent back, very disappointed with the quality of the boots I bought from what I thought was a reputable boot/ shoe maker, I also don’t rate the return process or the customer service advisor who border on being rude when you tell them their boots are not of the quality you expect, I wouldn’t buy from this business, sub standard goods that fall apart
