I wish i hadnt bothered spending the extra money to buy a table and chairs set last year because it is not in a good state now. The wood has split on one of the chairs and i would not expect that on something which was meant to be good quality. I would not recommend this company.

Customer service was outstanding at a time when delivery company went into admin. Service adviser Arron kept me fully updated about revised delivery arrangements. A model of what customer service should be.

In line with a number of other reviews I finally managed to extract 2 Charlotte chairs from the ridiculous amount of wrapping to discover no build instructions and split the wood on the first chair when assembling it as foolishly I assumed the dowels would be cut to fit.
When contacted Arron pointed out that instructions were supplied with the e-mailed invoice ( incorrect ) and the shipping advice which is indeed the case but it is at number 5 in a list that prioritises delivery to assembly.
The tone of the e-mail was very much that it was nothing to do with Ottena and completely down to me.
Given the number of times from reviews that the self same problem has occurred a Company that gave any consideration to Customer Service would have looked to improving the situation by either supplying paper instructions or taking steps to highlight the e-mailed instructions and highlighting the fact the dowels are too big.
Blaming the customer is an absolutely shocking response to an acknowledged problem and I am sure will lead to Ottena to the success it deserves

Prompt professional service and quality item

Although I had some difficulty using the website, the customer service using the chat bot and subsequently telephone was excellent. My order was placed efficiently, I was kept informed of its progress and my bench was delivered exactly as promised.
The delivery was faultless as is the quality of the Lutyens bench.

First class service very pleased from start to finish...

We were pleased when we had found a garden table. To replace our one as I had repaired it.
When it arrived we unwrapped it and found it had been damaged in transit. I phoned and emailed them, with photos of the damage, I wrapped the table back up and have asked for them to collect. The Table was collected by the courier Yesterday and they have Refunded us this morning very pleased with there response.
