We have thoroughly checked our inbox and unfortunately we could not find any emails from your address, we are sorry if your emails did not reach our team, we are currently investigating why that happened as we always try to respond to all our customers within 1-2 business days. Our manager has personally reached out to you today to try and rectify this issue.

We understand your frustration regarding the rapid tarnishing of your rings. While some degree of tarnishing is expected with gold-plated pieces over time, that level of discolouration within just 14 days of wear is certainly concerning and not a common occurrence with our jewellery, plus when you buy via our website you are always covered by our extended warranty for any tarnished or faulty pieces.

Please allow us to make this right. We would be happy to offer you a replacement ring or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with our brand.

Please feel free to start a return on our Online Returns Portal, you can start this process anytime on our website and return any faulty items to us free of charge, without going via customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback. We're sorry to hear that our Necklace did not meet your expectations. We understand the disappointment when a piece differs from what you had envisioned.

Our artisans meticulously hand-make every piece we design, while this technique might not look as "perfect" as commercially-made jewellery, we celebrate each imperfection as it allows for the creation of truly one-of-a-kind pieces.

We strive to provide detailed product descriptions and visuals to accurately represent each item, but we understand that certain design elements may not be evident until the piece is seen in person. Your feedback is valuable as it helps us to improve our product presentations and set clearer expectations for our customers.

Please kindly note that the £3 fee is only to cover the return label cost that we have issued for you, but we never charge that fee for a faulty item. Unfortunately as a small independent brand we are not able to offer free returns to every order, even though we would love to be able to!

Hello and thank you for your feedback.

We understand that you have placed your order through one of our stockists. Even though it was clear from the product image that the necklace did not have any pearls on, there was a typo on the product description that mentioned pearls as part of the materials used.

We have replied to your email on the same day and apologised for this mistake in behalf of our stockist and made sure the description was corrected. We also approved a 10% refund with our stockist, which they are responsible to process as all orders made with our stockists have to be dealt directly with them for returns or refunds.

We apologise on behalf of our stockist for any inconvenience caused.
