Bought a phone for R14,500 over a year ago and still waiting for it . No refund and no phone ! This company is discusting to steal everyone's money ! They are a huge scam !!

Complaint regarding the unacceptable and incomplete repair service I recently received from your company. I sent my phone in for repairs with the specific and repeated request for the camera lens to be fixed. I received it back with only the front screen replaced, and the camera remains completely unusable—the original issue I explicitly asked to be repaired was ignored.
If any form of quality check was completed before my device was returned, this fundamental failure would have been immediately highlighted. This oversight demonstrates a severe lapse in your after-sales service process and a direct failure to deliver the agreed-upon repair.
Your company publicly promotes values of "quality service," "authenticity," and "strong local after‑sales support," backed by a 4.8-star rating from over 1,500 reviews. Experiences like this one, where a device is returned in an incomplete and partially non-functional state, severely damage that hard-earned reputation.
If this matter is not resolved immediately and satisfactorily.
You did inform me per mail that the camera lens / screen cannot be replaced, 5 hours you confirmed receipt of my payment. I missed this email, otherwise I would have actioned.
The understanding was that the entire phone will be repaired , you had the phone in your position for assessment for quote. If I knew this I would have rather thrown the phone away and NOT pay to receive a half repaired device.

I ordered a Ulefone from these guys. They were very quick to follow up on my payment. These people are Scammers. Gold standard Scammers. I tried calling them several times. I can't get through to them. They must be shut down. Oukitel South Africa is a Scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Please anyone who think of buying a phone from Oukitel store, please don't these guys are just scheming people. They are so quick to take you money from there they won't even update you and they will not answer hour calls. I ordered a Blackview bl8000 month end July till today I haven't received anything and I asked for refund even I'm still waiting for my money. I ordered a power station P2001 on July 19th, in EU online store. Fully paid in advance. Numerous customer support requests are ignored. After 76(!!!) days, my order has not been shipped. Bad reviews about shipping delays are removed from the product page daily.

I ordered a phone on the 6th of September and they keep telling me that they are waiting for stock. I managed to reach them on Whatsapp but now they are ignoring me. Its now the 25th of September and I'm still hoping that something good might happen....but I have my doubts. It is now the 9th of October and still no phone from them. It is definitely a scam website. The owner phoned me once and promised that the phone will arrive from Hong Kong in the next day or 2. That was almost 3 weeks ago. For anyone trying to buy something from this website, don't. Rather go to AliExpress. I bought the phone that I wanted for R4000 less and it arrived in less than 10 days.

I paid for a phone and accessories on 13/06/24 and after 2 months still not received my goods or money back. If they do answer calls or messages it's all fake lies and promises. I advised their managers Luckmore, Raymond and Oswell just to be honest with their clients and workers, some of them not being paid salaries for months. How can companies get away with such practices? There is enough clients with complaints to hold them to account. Please do so something.

Scammers. Ordered a phone in March and never received it. How can one shut their website down? People are still confusing them with Oukitel and still buying from them.

We always order our phones for the NGO's but they are always delayed, however they provide good quality!

I ordered and paid over R10,000 for a phone almost a month ago, and it's still not delivered. When I call, I'm just told it will be delivered the following day. I am about to initiate a criminal investigation

I've ordered a phone on 17 November 2023, only to now find out that the store is not real. I tried to call but phones don't get answered, neither does their WhatsApp work, emails stay unanswered. Stay away!! I mixed them up with the other store, expensive mistake.

This fraudulent company was ordered to change it's "Oukitel" name. The owner uses an alias and is a Zimbabwean. The company, SHENGZHEN YUNJI INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO LTD t/a "Oukitel South Africa" took them before the companies tribunal but the owner of "Oukitel Store" only responded with an email and in an arrogant manner. The court then ordered them to drop the name "oukitel" as it confuse consumers. We believe that soon the website "oukitel store.co.za" should be without "Oukitel". PLEASE, DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! Their business is registered, they pay tax but they don't fulfill all of their orders. PayPal, Payfast and FNB will be notified and hopefully withdraw from serving as their payment gateway.

These people are scammers, I've ordered a phone on the 8th of November. With no update or response from them as I tried Calling/Whatsapp/Emailing. Nobody answers your communications. Please take my advice and stay clear of them and save yourself alot of trouble. Owner only replies to good reviews.

I ordered a phone on the 6th of October , until now nothing have been delivered and they do not answer any calls. This is very poor service from the owners of this shop.

This business is a big scam indeed,their store doesn't even exist,be careful once you paid them they ignore your calls,i'am still waiting for their false promises telling me Hong Kong is delaying with phones,everyone whose been robbed must open a case against this criminals.guys called Oswell and Raymond are the ones usually answer the phone dont know if they using fake names

They have kept my money for 2 months when I have been promised a refund, Raymond and Oswel who manage Oukitel Store owe me a refund of ZAR8790.I have been patient, compliant, giving them all of the extra info they need as they are postponing needing to pay my money, even though with every instance of dealing with them they make up an excuse. They have told me on voice calls which have been recorded and email that I will get a refund. Oswel mentioned to me one time that he promises he will pay the money owed to me from his own bank account. They are not truthful, don't trust them they have caused me serious stress and anxiety. They do not care, once they have your money you need to be sure you have a good lawyer. I will fight for justice in South Africa, they will pay and be arrested. If you deal with them make sure you record calls and have written communication.

This is the worst SCAM online shop. Do not believe positive reviews!!
I am still waiting for a refund since January 2023. The Director begged me last month to delete my bad reviews on WhatsApp and per telephone. I did delete bad reviews but again no refund.

The website looks good, with the gadgets you want, after you process the money, they will promise that the delivery will be after 3 days E-Mail will be sent to you to confirm the delivery. Too today I'm still waiting for the cell phone is almost six months. when you call the man will tell you that you are so concerned why? the next thing he doesn't take your call. the last time I spoke to him he actually changed the order to what he likes for me. the phone was R2 890.00 it was 25 February 2023. Because of frustration I cancelled the order with the believe that they will refund even today no money was refunded according to their website policy. this is really nonsense.

Great cheaper, lesser named brands, the quality of phones is very good better than i expected REALLY! thank you Oukitel store for providing these brands to us, just your delivery takes too long!
