I paid R9500 for a Redmi Note 12 Turbo. It looked like it was in stock. Waited a long time as their stock comes from China. Was told to set language to English. Some icons were in English. Search icon was a collection of Weibo and other Chinese search engines linked to it. Everything was in Chinese, when clicked on. Then Oukitel store supposedly flashed the rom, after a discussion with them. It seemed ok at first, but all they did was an update on Chinese rom, to add chrome and play store and such. I decided to use widgets to add google search bar - bam- Chinese again!!!! I googled the Miui 14 serial number. In the serial number is a CN which denotes Chinese rom and not the global version they promised to put on for me. They updated to rubbish. I'm extremely upset. Why take 1/2 an hour to load nonsense instead of the proper version?????

I made a purchase and paid on the 27 May 2023.
I have not received the phone and I have to call to enquire, they said they will call me back, I am still waiting for their call.
Hopefully I will get my refund as I have cancelled the order.
I am sure you can do better than this. I will amend my review when I received my refund.
Yes I did talk to you and tried to be patient with you but up to now I haven't received my phone and you no longer responding to my Whatsapp messages. I am sure you can do better this is frustrating to be honest

I visited their office to order the Ulefone Armor 18T, I was told that the device ship from Hong Kong and will be available in 6 days. I paid deposit and in day five I get notification of pick up.
The service was very much honesty with me. Hopefully they'll be improving,
The phone works perfectly

Their phones have more settings than the other Android phones. Once you have set it up... they work well. I love the ruggedness. Their buttons are sensitive, but work well. You get 2 screen protectors. Their screen quality is just awesome.

Second phone, fulfilling as specified, still have to test in wet and cold conditions

The service was awesome, the communication was good.we have our order delivered and we all happy.
Was little delay, but there was update along the process. We never pay duty and VAT.

Order #MHP1048R. Have placed the order since this year 14 April 2022, and have not received the parcel or the refund.

Worst online shopping experience since... ever.

Two weeks after order, received "status has changed to refunded". One week later arranged refund with PayPal myself (thank goodness I used PayPal). During the entire week the store did not answer a single email or whatsapp (which is what we used during the first days of the order).

Stay away!

I received phone quicker than I expected it.

My order was placed on the 6 of February still no feedback on my tracking information or if the package even was shipped. I don't get any reply on the customer service WhatsApp. I've tried phoning no answer on your phone number on the website

This is a scam site! If you pay for something from this site, you will get ignored within 1 week and they will pretend to be waiting for your purchase to arrive so that it can be "redirected" to you.
Take your time and dial every number and msg every email address that is on the site, and you will learn that my assessment of them is true.

Not delivered, no tracking number after expected time of Arrival exceeds.

I wanted to go and buy the phone in Pretoria on Sat nd wanted to know the working hours. I called the store the whole day without any response. I called again on Monday still there was no response. I do not want to make an online purchase because if they can't answer phone where will I get money if anything goes wrong
