I had a consultation weight verification call with Summer Harif and she was extremely helpful and very informative.
I had a lot of questions for her and she answered them and gave me some very good advice to me.
She was extremely friendly and polite and I didn’t feel rushed during the call. She was very professional and I was very impressed.

I have had two suppliers for weight-loss meds. Oushk is in a different ballpark entirely. You actually feel like they understand and care about what you experience, you can get advice over the phone and the pharmacists you talk to are engaged and helpful. The delivery service is great, I always use RM, I know they tried Amazon and that was not very successful……. I would highly recommend them for weight loss meds. Been with them 7 months, no issues at all.

Hidden fees and charges if you wish to cancel not highlighted but buried in the T&Cs which of course you will not read and they catch you.
Hound you daily then switch to drag their feet when you want to cancel.
Doesn't feel like a company to trust.

I’ve been using ooshk for over 12 months now, I was quite nervous at first but with cuddly cubs helping guide me through the process and having nutritional and pharmacist support from ooshk I have really enjoyed the process. 7 stone down and I can now exercise and look at the next stage of maintaining and reducing the medication. I cancelled an order within hours of placing it. It was on “ pending”. First thing as soon as they were open I rang. So I know my order had not even been looked at, at this point. But still they charged £10 to cancel it. She said on the phone it was because they were already seeing to it. Absolute rubbish. Apparently it’s in the small print. Who reads it? It should be made more obvious. Robbing company. Like they don’t already make enough out of people.

Your reply further proves what I’m saying. Because you absolutely would not have started reviewing my order at all by the time I called which was as soon as you were open. You can give it all the spiel you like but we both know it hadn’t been look at by the point of cancelling.

I've been with Oushk for over a year now. Always brilliant service. I went on holiday last week and completely forgot to order my mounjaro which was due! I rang their number and the lovely lady on the line was able to get it quickly dispatched for me so I could take it on time. A fabulous company which I will stay loyal to. Thank you!

I joined oushk as when I was watching tik tok I was looking to start Mounjaro but didn’t know what I was doing I come across a lovely called curious Chris is losing it ( Christina) and was able to speak to her about her journey and she spoke highly of oushk pharmacy. Every order I do is through oushk pharmacy and would recommend to anyone and for anyone that wants any guidance to start in their weight loss journey anyone on TikTok can follow curious Chris is losing it for any tips that may help on your journey. Curious Chris is such a wonderful person. She shares her experience of her weight loss journey - the good and bad and is always there to support and champion others on a similar journey. She doesn’t push people to use Oushk but does explain the benefits of using them compared to other pharmacies who perhaps don’t offer such caring support to their patients.
She is an absolute credit to the Oushk affiliate team and deserves recognition for this.

Oushk never told me there was a risk Mounjaro wouldn’t work for me due to my meds i told them for 16 months it wasn’t working for me eventually they told me because I pushed for an answer and came off the meds then it kicked in I was on 15mg and side effects were horrendous I had to come off mounjaro

Customer service has been fantastic when I’ve had some issues. All companies experience them but it’s how they deal with them that count and OUSHK deal with them quickly and rectify any problems as best they can.
All customers have to go through the health checks which yes is annoying each time but it’s all about safety.
We have issues with some delivery companies so the fact you can choose a company is fantastic. I use code XTina when ordering and she is and has been a massive help with information and answering any questions I have. She’s a great ambassador who doesn’t push sales etc.

I've been using Oushk for over a year and everything has always been spot on. Last month though I had a delivery left outside without permission and it got lost or stolen. I contacted Oushk and though we had a few emails back and forth, a resolution was offered and I got a redelivery of my parcel. This resulted in quite a delay in receiving my order but the team was very helpful and did everything they could to make the process smoother for me.
I work in the online retail sector and know how difficult it can sometimes be to reach a swift resolution. I'm also very aware that as a nation we are quick to complain but not very good at saying thank you so - thank you, Oushk, I really appreciated the help I received throughout the process.

Originally switched to Oushk after following Emilly (itsanewmeemj) on her socials and wouldn't go elsewhere now! The pharmacists genuinely care, they're lovely to deal with and are always happy to help and advise!
