My daughter has recently had issues with her prescription and I cannot thank the team at oushk enough for the support and compassion they have showed her. My daughter had issues recently with her weight loss prescription and the support she received is literally second to none. I had concerns with my daughter accessing weight loss treatment but I did not need to worry because oushk provide such excellent care and support that is personalised and second to none. It is clearly evident that the team care about each individual and provide support and advice that is easily accessible and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all the team.

I have always had great experiences with Oushk since starting my weight loss treatment over a year ago. The times I’ve had to contact their customer services for various reasons I have always been treated with respect and dignity. I recently experienced a complex issue regarding my prescription and GP surgery that lasted several weeks (to no fault of Oushk - who on the contrary did everything they could to support and assist me throughout).

I spoke to Connor and Lucy on the phone, who are customer service representatives, and they are a wonderful representation of the customer service that Oushk provides. Connor was personable and friendly and Lucy was so empathetic and kind it really made a difference to speak to both of them. Lucy recently took the time to talk to me during a stressful situation and it really made a difference to speak to someone so lovely and who genuinely cared and actively tried to comfort and support me. The customer service representatives are also very helpful whenever you have to speak to them and they will resolve your issue promptly and efficiently.

I also have to mention Summer, who has been absolutely amazing. She has made time to speak to me multiple times to reassure me, support me and do everything she possibly can to assist me - despite her very busy schedule and workload, she has always done so with absolute professionalism and expertise. As I mentioned I’ve had a recent stressful, frustrating and upsetting period that has unfortunately been an ongoing situation for several weeks, but she has continually gone above and beyond to help me throughout. She has been so kind, empathetic and compassionate that I am genuinely touched by how she has supported me and I am extremely grateful to her. I have autism and suffer with anxiety and she has never once made me feel like a nuisance, she has been very understanding and validating. The were several instances where she made extra efforts just to try to provide me reassurance as quickly as possible to help my anxiety.

I appreciate the way Oushk staff have assisted and supported me during my treatment but also during the recent situation I have experienced, not only as a patient but also as a human being. I have to say their empathy and kindness really makes a difference, you never really know what someone is going through and we are all just human beings trying to do our best.

Their knowledge and professionalism is also outstanding, their dedication to providing the best treatment and support to their patients is very clear. Any time I have had to speak to a prescriber for advice, they have been very helpful and informative. If you have any questions or just need advice or support with your treatment, they are always available at Oushk and actively encourage you to reach out if you need any help. I know several other people who are also on weight loss treatments and their experiences are very different, as was mine with a previous provider. Oushk really give personalised advice and go above and beyond to provide the best care for their patients with their overall health and wellbeing as a priority. It isn’t just a prescription with no other support, they provide personalised treatment and are very approachable and actively encourage you to ask for advice and support where needed.

Last month I ordered my Mounjaro from OUSHK using their Express Delivery service. According to their terms and conditions, Express Delivery includes same-day dispatch and requires a signature on delivery, with no safe-place delivery option.

However, when my parcel was dispatched, it was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which does not require a signature and allows parcels to be left outside. Although the parcel arrived the next day, I did not receive the service I paid £13.99 for. I specifically chose Express Delivery because I wanted the parcel signed for and not left unattended.

I contacted OUSHK to raise my concerns, but I was met with different explanations and felt my complaint was dismissed rather than properly addressed. My issue was never about the delivery speed; it was about not receiving the delivery service that was advertised and paid for.

I had been a customer since February 2025, but due to this experience and the way my complaint was handled, I will no longer be purchasing my Mounjaro from OUSHK.

Overall, I am disappointed that OUSHK failed to provide the service described in their own terms and conditions and did not adequately resolve my concerns.

I had successfully used 2 doses from my 10mg Mounjaro pen with no issues. I came to do my 3rd dose and the pen wouldn’t prime. I tried 4 needles all with the same result. I contacted Oushk to ask for help and to see if I could take it to them for them to look at. They were extremely helpful and supportive and confirmed on inspection that the pen was faulty. They replaced my pen there and then. All completed and turned around in less than 2 hours! Excellent customer service, excellent pharmacy! I’ve been with you for almost a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended, thank you for your help and professionalism.

I was a customer with Oushk from July 2024 until last month. I had a lot of relatively minor issues over this time: orders arriving late, long waits from ordering to an available delivery date, two weight verification calls were I took time off work and yet no one appeared at their end, kept getting charged to renew my maintenance membership every 3 months when it's meant to be 6, prices higher than everywhere else, stupid running discount codes instead of just reducing the prices properly, horrible tiktok influencer incentives, very weird system of customers moderating their social media pages. There's tons more, it was constant issues.

I finally decided enough is enough and have moved elsewhere. I'm paying £20 less a month and no subscription fee for maintenance 🥰 no crazy verification calls so no more wasting time only to be let down. It took me 5 minutes to order despite my bmi now being 23. Order arrived the very next day.

I had been brainwashed into thinking oushk is the best pharmacy for service and supporting maintenance- turns out to be nonsense!

I'm so happy I made the switch!

Oushk focus on providing the service that the individual needs. I have used them for 18 months now, with a break of 6 months. Very competively priced and always special offers available. Great video consultants who are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I always get great service but when I had an issue with my pen, Lauren took the time to ensure it worked correctly and gave me fantastic advice. Very happy customer.

The company is most professional in the way it communicates and deals with people . I have had very positive experiences in my 9 months of being with them . All the staff are excellent at their roles. They care for the individual while clearly navigating the parameters of the treatments they offer . Excellent service and company

We’re with them for over 1 year. 5mg MJ no issues. There was an 8 week gap where I was abroad. They insisted I went down to 2.5. I’ve been taking 5 mg with them for over 1 year. Said guidelines have changed. No reference or policy shared with me or referred to on website. I said if there’s an issue I can speak to you. I’m very familiar with it. No health conditions, nothing changed. Also told them I don’t have the money 2.5 then to up dost ‘next time’ well I can get that anywhere then. Luckily I explained and provided proof to a top rated pharmacy and spoke to them. They rightly assessed the situation and didn’t apply a blanket policy. There is always room for adjustment when you have the right input and advice and someone who listens and still takes a full history. Not to just make money and give half weighted answers. I’m very disappointed with Oushk ability to have person centred care. , but they are a fantastic Business’.

Oushk have always tried to make mounjaro as affordable as possible. I joined them before the weight loss injection became popular and then introduced discounts each month plus points to use towards each monthly purchase which has helped alot, cheaper than other places and i feel safe. Been loosing weight with oushk for 16 months and lost 4stone 4lbs. GP wouldnt help, but ouskh did and now my old knee injury doesnt hurt as much now since loosing the weight and i feel mentally better in myself. Nearly ready for maintenence in afew months time, see how that goes.

I’ve been ordering from Oushk for a while now, and they have consistently provided amazing service. They always reassure me whenever I have concerns and offer helpful, knowledgeable advice. They’ve supported me throughout my weight loss journey, especially during maintenance, which has made a big difference.

My orders are always delivered on time, and if there’s ever a delay, I receive a call to keep me informed and check if they need anything further from me. The communication and customer care are excellent.

I’ll definitely be using them for a long time and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a second pen of 5 mg from Oushk and despite having already ordered from them in the past, they refused to send me it, but were quite happy to take my money. I could walk round the corner and get this from my local pharmacy without any issues. Don’t know why they make it so hard.

The advisors don’t care, all they want is your money you have to jump through many hoops and interviews, then they tell you anything to get you off the call ! Not recommended 1/10 I have now requested my money back and even that I have to wait 5/7 days, next time also get my name right

Really dissapointed in the whole experience. I have purchased with various providers since starting Mounjaro so have had various experience and history, yet this is the first time I am leaving a review.

When registering I made a typo in my email address, once I realised I updated my email on the system and called customer service to ask for previous emails to be sent to me. The woman on the phone said to call near my dispatch date to get this organised, but I also had to attend a consultation call so this wouldn't work. I called the next day and the women on the phone said "no problem, I will send the emails to you now" 24hrs later, no emails. In this time I emailed the pharmacy instead and desperately asked for communication to be sent to me, they replied "I can see your email has been updated on the system".....well DUH??

I called the next day and the man on the phone was terrific. He cancelled my consultation and rebooked it again and I recieved the emails instantly. Hurray!!! I joined the call with no issues, but at the beginning she said "do you have access to scales and photo ID?" I apologised and informed her that I wasn't aware I needed this, as I have missed all emails. She reassured me and said this happens all the time and she needs to report it on her end to make it more ovbious to new customers. We went ahead with the call and she asked when I was free to complete the weight verification with someone else, I confirmed and she said someone will be in touch. Have not heard anything.

Also, I have completed the final verification form 3 times, each time adding the same pictures and writing the same information but it doesn't seem to save. On my consultation call she asked for a photo which I confirmed I already uploaded "no I can't see it here, you will need to do it again". The mobile website is not user friendly at all (I can't even open my own attachments that I uploaded on there!) so I am only able to use it when on my laptop after work in the evening, which just delays everything further.

I am really frustrated especially as I am having to chase and make these calls whilst working and when I get 5 minutes to run to the kitchen and make the calls in private. In comparison to other pharmacies it has been so difficult and the lack of communication has made it much more harder. The messaging system is great but with other providers you would normally recieve an email "you have recieved a message" or a SMS to keep you notified to be able to progress things. I am really frustrated and just want my bloody order :(

I am forced to leave this review because Oushk simply does not respond to emails anymore.
I am on the Conti Maintenance Plan and using MJ since 2025, but the level of customer service has become completely unacceptable.
I placed my maintenance order #374097 with a requested delivery date of Friday the 13th, paying extra for an exact delivery date. Instead of shipping it in time, DPD only received the parcel on the actual delivery date itself, which means the delivery has now been pushed to today Saturday – when nobody is at home.
As everyone knows, MJ pens must be kept refrigerated, and because of Oushk’s poor organisation and late dispatch, I am now losing an order worth over £300, which may end up in the bin.
The most frustrating part is that my emails have been ignored completely.
Very disappointing service for a company managing medication that requires careful handling and timely delivery.
