Oushk pharmacy, that cares .
Omg . They have been brilliant with me , they sent my order out but was out from dpd for over 98 hrs . I sent an email to them , which wow they respond 😳 to . Better still I rang and spoke to someone, yes an actual person explained what's happened they took that parcel back as it was to late . And sent out new pen with royal mail which I got today . They were very helpful 🙂 totally understood my worries and delt with it they actual care about there clients. And was very helpful.. Will be staying with them .. brilliant service 👏 👌 👍 🙌. Do not trust Oushk Pharmacy with cold-chain medicines
I ordered a Mounjaro pen on 25 April 2025 and paid extra for Special Delivery (1 pm guarantee). When it finally arrived:
• The package was late, the ice packs were warm, and the pen box was damaged and partially open
• I disposed of the potentially compromised pen at my local NHS pharmacy (they don’t issue disposal receipts)
• Oushk refused a full refund, offering only 50% back and demanding proof of disposal that no NHS pharmacy can provide
I escalated my concern to the General Pharmaceutical Council. On 2 July 2025 they issued Oushk Pharmacy (Premises 9012610) with an Improvement Notice for failures in:
• Cold-chain storage and packaging effectiveness
• Monitoring and risk-assessment procedures
• Record-keeping for temperature-sensitive medicines
Despite this regulatory action, Oushk still declined to refund the remaining £59.98. Their rigid policy and blame-shifting tactics make clear they prioritise process over patient safety and honest customer care.
If you value reliable cold-chain delivery and respectful service, look elsewhere.

At Oushk Pharmacy, we take the safety and quality of all medicines — especially cold-chain items like Mounjaro — extremely seriously. We follow strict temperature-controlled handling and delivery procedures, and all parcels are dispatched with ice packs and insulation designed to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.
We understand your concerns regarding the packaging and the condition on arrival. As part of our Terms & Conditions, which all customers agree to at checkout, it is essential that any claims regarding damaged or compromised items be supported by evidence. Specifically, we require a video call to verify the condition of the product before it is disposed of. This process ensures we can properly investigate, document the issue, and offer a fair resolution.
In your case, you confirmed that you disposed of the pen without first providing evidence via a video call. While we understand your decision was made in good faith, without this verification we are unable to process a full refund under our standard policy. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered and issued a 50% refund despite the lack of evidence — an exception we make only in rare circumstances.
We are aware of the Improvement Notice you mentioned and want to reassure all patients that we have already reviewed and strengthened our packaging, risk assessment, and record-keeping processes to ensure continual improvement.

Oushk fails to take responsibility for bad Wegovy batch.
Normally okay, Oushk sent me a batch of Wegovy that was defrosted. I told them as soon as I received it but was told it was fine. I used it and it had no effect. As an experienced user of Wegovy, I knew this batch was bad or had deteriorated in transit.
Oushk refused to replace batch.
You should not trust Oushk despite being slightly cheaper than elsewhere. It's not worth it in the long run.

Best Weightloss Medication company out there for support and aftercare, delivery and communication
Simply cannot fault the help, advice, service and ongoing aftercare and support my husband and I receive. I used medx and lloyds before moving over to Oushk and the service levels are like night and day. I have been with them for the rest of my plan and now entering the maintenance phase with clear goals. I feel well supported. Hubby started his journey a few months back and has also had the same excellent care levels and service. He was admitted to hospital during his journey (totally unrelated) but the pharmacy team were super helpful in him restarting putting his care and welfare ahead of making a sale.
No complaints here at all.

Reliable, professional service with maintenance plans
I’ve been with Oushk pharmacy for a few months now. I moved over to them due to the positive reviews I had seen. I’m now 3lb away from goal and had a maintenance call with Hira yesterday, to make plans to ensure that I maintain my weight. Not many other pharmacies offer this essential service. Oushk have been fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly service. I have recommended them to friends about to start their journeys.

Totally unimpressed with this company.
Totally unimpressed with this company.
I ordered on the 23rd May for delivery on 3rd June.
I got a message on the 31st May asking me to qualify my Gallbladder issues.
This had already been stipulated on my form that I had it removed over 20 years ago!
Since Saturday I have been completely ignored and no reply to any of my messages.
I thought I'd call...after being on hold for 10 minutes I was cut off.
There is no update on my order, it definitely won't be arriving tomorrow and they have full payment.
Horrendous service and I will be doing a bank charge back.
If they can't even ship the order I dread to think what their after care is like.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

Awful
Update:Eventually got a response and refund. After refusing delivery and also pursued issue via bank.
Awful. Ordered on 16th. Cancelled on 19th and asked for a refund. They said they wouldn't cancel. Requested cancellation again on 20th.
They ignored me and then advised it was out for delivery 22nd.

Communication is awful
Applied online and took payment straight away but then I didn't qualify for the weight loss injections and offered me a refund. No problem, please refund. No response for days. Have messaged on the online portal and emailed with no one acknowledging any communication. 5 days later, got a response to confirm bank details which I did, and now over a week later, still no refund. Communication is awful just don't respond.
