Amazing service. Requested new part one day and received the next.
Great service, great value
Ordered two padded recliners, which thanks to a deal on this site only, worked out to be £40 cheaper (each!) than any retailer on Amazon, and were cheaper than anywhere else!
Only placed order late Sunday night, was processed and shipped first thing Monday, and were with us by Tuesday afternoon.
Great service, great value, would happily use again.

Don't use this company
I've been trying to buy a replacement drip tray for my barbecue for more than two years, on their mailing list since first enquiring.
With no drip tray this expensive barbecue becomes a smelly messy experience.
Its not good enough, I'm not alone one of my friends, more wealthy, gave up and bought a different make because he had the same issue.
I wouldn't buy from them again.
NOT HOT!
Very disappointed that there is nowhere to leave a customer review on their own website. I purchased a Jupiter 4 hybrid through World of Power who were great at responding to my complaint (though simply referred it to the Outback warranty team): Despite trying a new regulator and equalising pressure the bbq does not exceed 260 degrees. My previous outback achieved far higher temperatures for cleaning etc.
The issue is not yet explained or resolved. I will update if it is.

No telephone number, very poor customer care. Ordered a replacement burner and they emailed me it was being sent via APC the following day,tracking number they sent me not recognised by APC. Left email with Outback Still waiting for reply.
Take your money, post partial order then refund rest
I put a back in stock alert on a drip tray. Got an email, ordered and added a couple of ancillary items to make the £7 postage worth it. I had order accepted, got the tracking number for postage. 2 days later on the day the the items were being delivered I get an email telling my the drip tray and another items weren't in stock and are being refunded. So I am spending £7 postage on a small item that I would never have ordered on its own because it was only £10 in the first place. This is no way to run a business. I will hopefully reject accepting the package from the courier and ask for a full refund.
Poor Quality high priced Rust Bucket.

I bought a Outback BBQ some 30 years ago very well made and never let ne down, would still have it today but left it in my house in France.
It was so good lovely enamel paint so you could make it look like new, so decided to buy a new top of the range one. What a bad decision the quality is terrible. First time I used it burn marks appeared on hood where gaps are as not made well, and RUST appearing all over it in different places even on the aluminium doors. I paid for the Outback cover, and also it is kept under a canopy so can’t get wet or damp. Thought this BBQ would last me out. Also can’t believe there is only one igniter for all, so you have to light the whole bbq to get get end ones alight, talk about cut corners.
If your looking for a Quality bbq at a high price don’t buy a Outback.
Rust bucket
Rust bucket. Over £300 for this BBQ and cheaper brands do the same. Left outside over winter with the outlander cover on.... its so big no where indoors for it... bbq is full of rust. The wheels the drip tray the flamr covers and the body. Only part is the outer lid as it is enameled. Dont waste your money.This product has NOT been modified to UK climate and is better suited to a dry climate where it wont rust. I dont expect to pay premium for this to happen.utter waste of hard earned money very disappointed.
REPLACEMENT FIREPIT
REPLACEMENT FIREPIT - I purchased a firepit from Outback in 2021. When I went to use it on Saturday 4th February 2023 (having been unused for 6 months) the gas control knob was jammed. I contacted Outback to see if this was available as a replacement part and if so would I be able to purchase this.
Outback replied on Monday 6th and advised this was available however, it would have to be replaced by a Gas Safe Engineer and to ensure safety they would replace the entire firepit.
They followed up with a call to ensure availability for delivery/collection and when I asked if I could also purchase another winter cover they advised this was no problem and they would provide this to me with no additional charge.
The new firepit was delivered by Friday 10th and the old one collected.
The level of customer service from start to finish was outstanding and if I'm honest completely unexpected and refreshing - I would have no issues purchasing from Outback again.
Don't waste your money
Unfortunately, we are not impressed with our Jupiter 4 Burner Hybrid.
We decided to 'spend a bit more' on a BBQ and were recommended the Outback brand by a family friend.
Firstly, upon receiving our delivery, the charcoal briquettes we had ordered were falling out of their bag as there was a large tear in the packing. Also, the £50 Outback BBQ cover we had ordered had been forgotten.
We emailed customer services who bluntly replied that they had sent the cover as they had missed it from the order. There was no apology for either the briquettes or for forgetting the BBQ cover.
The instructions for the BBQ assembly were clear and easy to follow. Construction of the BBQ went ok and no issues here.
My main issue is, when spending £750 (it has been reduced now) on a 'premium' BBQ I expected the quality of materials to be much better. The grill grates and the flame covers are absolutely destroyed after 5 uses of the BBQ. I have cleaned all parts with a variety of branded BBQ cleaning products after each use of the BBQ, to which nothing has been able to keep the parts clean.
Further more, the heat temperature of the BBQ is not sufficient enough. Even after pre heating for 20 minutes the core temperature is not adequate enough resulting in food sticking, causing further cleaning issues.
We replaced our gas bottle as a precaution but this was not the issue.
There is also a lot of marking on the metal rim below the lid rim and also the inside of the hood.
I am really disappointed as I thought by paying the extra money that I would have a longer lasting, better quality, more durable BBQ. This just isn't the case and this product is not built to last.
Spend the extra and buy a Weber, superior quality, great customer service and products built to last.

I CANT BELIEVE I AM READING SOME OF THESE REVIEWS I HAVE HAD THE SAME DEALINGS WITH OUTBACK ON LINE , I HAVE PURCHASED A BURNER AND AN OUTBACK BBQ COVER ON SEPERATE OCCASIONS.I WAS INFORMED OF MY ORDER AND THEY WERE DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS.MAYBE I WAS JUST LUCKY BUT I CERTAINLY WOULD ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN . NO COMPLAINTS!!!!
Absolute nightmare to contact
Absolute nightmare to contact, no working phone, emails to me are from a noreply address. The only way to contact them is a web form which gives you no proof.
My problem is that I ordered a few bits and when I paid they took a £10 AM delivery charge from my card that I didn't ask for. Attempts to contact them have been ignored.

We purchased a Outbackbbq from Homebase and wanted a replacement drip tray. We visited the website and entered the correct product and age and were provided with a suitable replacement tray. When it arrived it did not fit. After endless email exchanges with the company they discovered that it was a different product with a modification kit. I was told i would have to return the incorrectly delivered item at my cost. I then asked is the replacement drip tray kit the same drip tray that is in the kit? After further email exchanges I was told yes. I said would it be more convieient just to send me the additional brackets which are in the kit? I was told yes this would work. Once I received the additional conversion brackets I could not find any instructions on how to install the conversion brackets or any fixings to fix the brackets. I started another email exchange and was told to go to a hardware store and buy by own at my cost. Never again will I buy an Outback BBQ. Never, horrendous experience.

We decided to purchase a more expensive bbq but we didn’t realise that this has an open vent at the back so all the fat from meat splatters out the back onto the flags it’s dreadful. It doesn’t hold its heat well either.
If we had known this we defiantly wouldn’t have purchased, we bbq all the time in Europe and this is a big disappointment.

Customer Service Bad
I’ve contacted them on a couple of occasions now with questions & each time customer service acted like they didn’t care. They certainly don’t try & help customers. Like you have disturbed them from reading the paper. I’ll move onto another company when my BBQ reaches the end of its life,

I am usually not very inclined to write a review about stuff I bought, but in the case of Outback BBQ, I make an exception. In the place, because of the fact that I absolutely like my 4-burner Jupiter. But much more of the fact, that I do not recognize some of the previous reviews about the lack of customer service. My personal experience with the team of Outback is excellent. The courier reported delivery of the ordered accessoires whilst nothing had been delivered. The team of Outback BBQ's ran the extra mile to chase the delivery company to rectify the mistake and to make sure that the delivery would still be made. And it happened! Well done!

Wouldn't recommend anyone bother. Their customer service doesn't exist.
They don't want to help and do everything they can to avoid helping. They view themselves as an order processing company, not a company that provides products and support.
We bought an Outback firepit in March…
We bought an Outback firepit in March 2021, great product and loved it. We have kept this covered with the supplied cover but when we removed it last week the wood had deteriorated and was unusable. We contacted customer service, filled in the warranty form and within 48 hours had a replacement top. Great service and really looked after us with no issues or arguments. Would definitely buy from them again
