Ordered a phone charging station and received one that was nothing like I ordered
Contacted customer services and was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and that I could get a 20% coupon and give the charger as a gift to someone,when I said no to the offer they said Thankyou for accepting and then no longer answered my emails
Completely useless company and just happy to take you money then send you the crap they had in their container knowing full well you won’t get a refund
Avoid this seller at all costs

Crooks

Paid by PayPal, item never arrived, PayPal refunded, they asked to cancel the PayPal refund and they will refund direct - PayPal have taken the money back and this bunch of thieves haven't refunded. There is no phone number just an e-mail address from which no-one replies.
Learn from other peoples mistakes and avoid these thieves.

Appalling Customer Service they do not reply within 24 hours as stated
I have emailed them several times regarding a return and refund of item l ordered which was damaged on receipt of order and still waiting for response reply to my email enquiry

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a garment that eventually arrived. Inferior quality & sizing. Didn’t fit, then proceeded to send numerous emails to return & refund. They have consistently ignored my emails. No resolution. Avoid buying from this company.

Sent a stirring cup and not a milk heater and frother

I ordered a milk heater and frother as advertised on the website . What came was a self stirring cup! I have been sending emails and they offered 20 % off!
Now they are just send me a generic email when I message.
I have even sent them pictures of what I received to no avail.
Wish I had read the reviews first.

Very pleased with my order!


If I had read the poor reviews when considering buying the sofa covers, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Thankfully, I hadn’t seen the reviews and therefore ordered 5 of the covers. They arrived within a couple of weeks and I’m so pleased with them. The quality is good for the price paid and they look great!

Ordered the milk frother

Ordered the milk frother, when it arrived says to use water, no mention of milk. Only spins for max 20 seconds then you have to start ot again. No heat even after a few cycles. Certainly not what I was expecting.
I have now been offered a full refund for the item.

I ordered and received 3 waistcoat which were too small, l asked for a exchange to the next size up but was told to keep them and give them away as gifts, they are being very unreasonable and won't change them

T-shirt with Cut Internal Label

The T-shirt arrived in a plain bag, although it was advertised with a box. The label was cut so the fabric composition cannot be seen. The T-shirt looks nice, and I hope to receive a response.

Will not refund £32.97

I cancelled the order immediately after making it.
I bought 2 of the same items as they were on offer buy one get on 30% off.
The order confirmation email arrived instantly.
It stated it would be 3+ weeks for my order to arrive
This was too long and not going to arrive in time as brought for gifts.
Numerous emails to them over the next few days....
I finally received a response from Ziannia saying order had been cancelled.
Nothing about refunding my money.
I then emailed asking when my money would be refunded?
Which they had taken instantly, as soon as I made the order.
40 + emails later - literally all day on Wednesday- still just receiving the same generic email responses saying my question has been answered in broken english grammar & can they help with anything else?
My question was when will you refund my £32.97?
They had and have still not answered my Q nor have they issued my refund.
Still no response.....they have not told me when i will be refunded.
Losing hope of getting my money back now!
Just receive the generic email that they've answered my question is there anything else they can help me with.
Just going round in circles with this company!
Do not buy from this company!
I would give minus star rating if possible.
They are a scam company

Outhaven Shocking Customer Service

Tried 4 times to get an address from them to return an item and they kept saying your email has been replied to which was a load of rubbish. There is no way I can wear the item I would need to be ten feet tall for the trousers to fit! Very disappointed, would not recommend. Just received this email for the 5th time!!!?"Your email has been replied, please kindly check it.If you have any further questions,please feel free to follow this ticket,we'll do our best to solve it for you" I ask you!! What do you need to do to get a straight answer!!!!!

Oh and I just tried to get in contact customer service again and was sent the standard response AGAIN!! For the 6th time!!!

poor quality products and poor customer service

received products no problem with delivery.
found the products unsuitable and really poor quality.
customer service is poor, asked for returns address to send items back which they haven't yet supplied despite requesting three weeks ago.
will not buy from this company again.
