Just purchased the 8X8 raised garden and 4X2 potting table. They were shipped to my location (Nova Scotia) at the beginning of May and arrived within 10 days. Absolutely no complaints with either product. the potting table was completed within an hour and the raised garden took 2 adults approximately 4 hours to construct. Instructions easy to follow; materials excellent all high quality with pre-drilled holes precise and logical. One very minor issue with the potting table. The lid for the "sink" does not stay up on it's own. I will have to instal some sort of lock or fastener to keep it falling shut when open. It seems that it would be easy enough for the manufacturer to instal such an item to prevent an, albeit, minor irritation. Sean Boulger

Well, it took us about 3 afternoons to construct our 3x6 garden shed and we are thrilled: in that we could do it and that it looks great.
I think we made a mistake along the way , the back corners not as flush as hoped. The directions included we not that easy to follow, wishing now that we had the video playing along with us as we built.
There are 4 x 1"square long(24") pieces left over, and don't know where they go, and will put them to some good use. This weekend we put the door handles on and fill it up. Just in time for spring here on the south shore of Boston.

Just love our new addition! The 10x12 Pergola with retractable canopy is well made and easy to assemble for a DIYer and a helper or two. The red cedar is such a joy to work with and it's beautiful. My neighbour's love it too. The customer service has been great so far. I had them upgrade my posts from 9' to 12' for a reasonable fee?....

We purchased the 8x12' raised planting bed with deer fence. Haven't gotten dirt yet so the deer fence is unassembled, but so far so good. The pieces fit together fairly well and the result is quite sturdy. I do have to caution that the top of the planting bed is very low; it would have been below our knees! We were lucky enough to have a number of pt 4x4 and we used a double layer of those underneath all the parts, raising the top of the bed another 8". If we had needed to purchase those timbers we would have thought the kit overpriced even on sale. Beware if you are even moderately tall that the bed will be very low for garden tending.

We purchased the 8X8 kit almost a year ago and it has been fantastic. Our kids loved building it, planting, and harvesting. It’s a beautiful and quality product.

I got the Cozy Cabin 9x7 playhouse directly from OLT. Customer Service is excellent. Packaging, however, needs lot of improvement. Several items I received were broken. There was no organization in how items were packaged, and there was very little labelings, thus looking for the right pieces took 50% of the installation time. Fortunately they were very responsive to my concerns, and promptly sent replacement parts. The final product looks nice and certainly worth the money. There were several areas where the design definitely could be improved upon, but that is beyond this review.

The pergola exceeded my expectations, assembly was a snap following the instructions provided. Working with customer service on delivery was a delight would highly recommend A+ rating all around

My experience with OKT was excellent. All questions answered. Final product looks great. I did pay for curbside delivery, however, and had to borrow a trailer to go and pick it up at a trucking depot.

We are extremely happy with the cabana shed and OLT's dedication to customer service. From placing the order to discussing shipping arrangements and to the final delivery including the installation referral, we would highly recommend OLT for their quality and well designed product.

The playhouse looks fantastic and it wasn't too difficult to put together. The forints were the hardest part. This is the perfect model for sharing between an older sibling (6) and a younger one (2).

The whole experience was excellent. We would not hesitate to order from this company again. Everything went just as they said it would. The shed package arrived on time, was well packaged and all the pieces were included as specified. Materials were of very good quality. The instructions were clear and the shed was a breeze to put together. It attracted much attention and many compliments from neighbours. As a bonus the cedar smells wonderful!

The office staff were knowledgeable and efficient and the product is very good. All the pieces were in the delivery and they fit together well with exception of 2 small adjustments.
This is a quality outdoor shed product.

I recently purchased the penthouse shed. It is beautiful. Outdoor living was very helpful in helping me with my online purchase and questions.

Not only is my shed the cutest design and a perfect addition to my backyard, it’s quality is amazing. The contractor who put it together for me has been framing houses for 20 years and absolutely loved his project - said it was like building a little house. There was one small problem with a section of the door being warped, and the folks at OLT were immediately responsive and sent out a replacement door quickly. I would recommend OLT’s sheds any day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They noticed that I may need to make an addition to my order, and they took the time to call me and explain things before shipping it.

I was looking for a small shed of good quality and nice looking. This shed was all of the above and I was able to store far more "stuff" than I hoped for. Love my new shed.
