great shed and the people were very nice throughout the project.

Kit was packaged very well for delivery. Arrived on time as expected

It was so easy to put together two people one Carpenter and labour one day amazing

We waited until cold weather to put the greenhouse cover on so by now we have tested it and it is so far holding up in our strong winds. The velcro pieces that hold down the windows however have not held. Do not expect this cover to be air tight. It is great for creating a warmer more humid environment here for hardened and hardy plants.

A call came from OLT confirming the order and qualifying the environment where the Pergola will sit. Then what to expect upon its arrival at my home. Then I was transferred to the installation team that highlighted a few items to prepare for......knowing most people may not read the instructions. I was prepared and followed the tracking. Although very cold here now some 3,000 kms away from Vancouver in Lakefield, Ontario, the Pergola was meticulously stained in my garage....about a 6 hour job and then 2 weeks later, followed the step X step instructions. A beautiful result! No defective or missing pieces. I called them also to tell them it arrived and looked undamaged but it may be 4 weeks until final assembly and they advised that if there was any problem to let them know.
How great is this in todays world!!

I have been talking to my wife about buying a shed for a few years, but did not want to get a generic composite/vinyl shed that would be an eyesore. I did some research and found Outdoor Living Today's products and after a few weeks of comparison shopping, I decided to purchase the 8'x8' Sunshed and have my contractors build it out.

I spoke with a few different folks throughout the purchasing process, all of whom were helpful without being "pushy" -- and they definitely took pride in the quality of their product. After placing my order, they worked with me to coordinate shipping.

The only downside, which in retrospect was just (bad) luck of the draw was that the "last mile" delivery was subcontracted by the shipper to a local company that did a poor job of loading & unloading the shed kit, and wound up damaging the shed.

Fortunately, my contractor was able to build out most of the shed, but this is where Outdoor Living Today's support absolutely shined:

The day of the delivery, I was able to send them photos, and we were able to coordinate getting replacement parts sent out ASAP. At their own expense, they sent the parts via courier from Canada to the USA, and ensured that my shed did not just sit unfinished for weeks. This type of service is why I recommend their products to everyone who asks me about my shed.

This is the type of service that, when coupled with a quality product, makes me not only a happy customer but someone willing to write a review.

Before buying this gazebo kit I researched several other products and companies. It was much easier to work with Outdoor Living Today, and their product was well described which left very few questions to be answered before I ordered. A special truck was arranged for our narrow street location and delivery went without a hitch. The product was well packaged, undamaged, and complete. The clear instructions helped me assemble the kit and we are very happy with the gazebo.

Good final result! A full weekend of work, very doable for anybody able to use a screwdriver.... just be patient and follow the IFU

The Grand Garden Chalet Shed kit arrived on schedule and in pretty much perfect condition. Excellent instructions. Created a level base in dirt, sand and 16x8 concrete blocks; was able to put it together w/o any help. Waited a couple of weeks to stain and seal (clear caulk). It's a beauty & plenty sturdy. Note: the boxes are pretty heavy so you might need a helper to get those to where you want to assemble things. The roof will likely also require assistance.

The style is adorable. The materials are not as strong as I had hoped. But I’m glad I bought it.

Had a few issues with shingles cracking and also one of the supports for a shelf split even though we predrilled as suggested hence only 4 stars. Directions were easy to follow and most pieces fit together nicely. Stained everything before assembling. So far no water leaks inside but we’ll see how it does come winter/snow.
