Excellent price for a grade A product. When recieced it was a good a new and very quick delivery.

Ordered on the 10th, delivered on the 13th. Delighted with the rapid service. However, 1) the parcel was left on the doormat in the snow despite the email saying it would be left with a neighbour, & 2) the box the phone comes in looks to have a tide mark, suggesting it's been stored somewhere damp. The parcel stayed dry thankfully. This is supposed to be a Xmas present and don't want to open it in advance just to find out whether or not it's damaged before first use.

Purchase a big TV, delivery was on time with loads of updates. Carried into the room. Tv in perfect condition, with original packaging. Communication was excellent. Would use again.

Good communication and speedy delivery. Ordered an Samsung LED tv. Tv was packed well but unfortunately it was missing brackets.

After 1 phone call this was sorted and brackets arrived next day.

Only popped in to see if their other department could fix my phone but thought id look for a new tablet for my grandmother while i was there, im glad we did, customer service was great, answered all the questions we asked and even pointed us to a tablet, with a bigger screen that was cheaper than the one we had already chosen so all in all was a great experience!

The headphones were graded as A1 and to be honest you would think they were brand new.
They came in the post as stated if not a day before.
What can I say but vey happy about my purchase.

Fast and prompt service. Was buying a LG C1 oled tv that was £800, so a saving over curry’s, etc of £200. Box was in tatters but the contents were A1, and after all you don’t keep the box. It’s what’s inside that matters, so very happy. Would recommend

I purchased a TV, paid, and received the confirmation email. Emailed the company back for an ETA and they confirmed they received the order and the TV is ready for dispatch. Also mentioned specifically that it will be sent via DHL and I'll receive the tracking info soon. Two days later, I received an email that they have canceled the order since the TV is "Out of stock" which was shocking after all communications! Emailed them again to get to the bottom of it, but they did not even bother to reply. Shockingly poor experience!

I purchased an LOL dolls house from The Outlet Store. I paid less than half of the retail price for this item, which was described as being in A class, which it certainly was. Apart from the box, still with the manufacturing seals in place, being slightly damaged, the contents were undisturbed and in perfect condition. Prior to my purchase I made a couple of email inquiries to The Outlet Store, which were answered promptly. The delivery charge was very reasonable and delivery itself was efficient, with tracking information provided. I couldn't be more delighted with my purchase and my dealings with The Outlet Store.
